Scrimmages are over boys!!! now we can get down to some football. No more speculating on who's first team was out against who's sencond team and so on. Next week is for real and good luck to all the teams, it's going to be a fun year.

I dont know either???? our Coaches are very conservative and the play calling for the past years have been disapointing at best. I'm hoping to see somthing next week. I didn't see the WOS scrimmage, but the scrimmage tonight was definitly a practice more than a game. I hope next week we see something or its going to be a long year!!!! It's hard to tell ho is out their on the field for BH because as you have seen they wear practice jerseys during the scrimmage. For all I know freshman could be out their. Again next week we will see what BH is all about Wharton will be a good benchmark.

Lumberton out scored BH 3-1 in a complete controled scrimmage tonight @ BH. If you break it down Lumberton outscored our 2nd team 2-0 with two 70 yard pass receptions for TD,s while the 1 st teams tied 1-1. Both first teams had long slow drives. BH looks slopy on offense but the Defense looked good. Lumbertons Offense looked pretty slopy as well with the Defense being much better. Over all it was a good practice and I can't wait to see if BH is going to be any good or not. From the two scimmages it would seem the BH will struggle this year, but they are just scrimmages and we will see next week as we open up against #20 in 3A Wharton how good we are.

2 hours til my first football of the season!!!!! Although just a scrimmage it will be nice to see some football FINIALLY!!! Glad I missed last week however BH stunk it up hopefully they play this week 8)

So who won? Anyone know? I haven't been hidding folks I just have a job that has me travel alot. BH will get their act together before district our coaches are not the most aggressive in the world which has hurt us in the past. I still think WOS cheated some how :evil:

Congrats WOS!! Looks like BH is starting off the year where we left off last year. I didn't get to go to the game but from the updates I got we didn't look good at all. On the other hand I heard WOS looked pretty good for the first game of the year. Wish I could read and comment more but on a black berry out in the middle of nowhere.

BH beat some one 99-0 one year in the 70's :shock: I can't remember who it was, but it is part of the records for Texas football.

I just cant wait to see some football !!!!!! This will be a good start to the year for both teams. I just hope BH takes it easy on them so they will play us again J/K I will be out of town that weekend so below are my two commets for either out come of the scrimmage 1.) BH Wins --- I told you guys you are overrated hows it feel baby!!!! I can't beleive that Hooks was crying at the game like that!!!!! Whos your daddy!!!! 2.) BH Loses - this was just a scrimmage anyway. if it would have been a real game we would have won. All of our player were sick anyway, oh and we put the freshman team in at the half. the Refs were horrible and yall cheated!!!!! :evil:

This little battle between BH and WOS is funny. No one is going to win this. it reminds me of my favorite qoute. " Winning this little battle would be like winning at the Special Olimpics, if you try real hard you might win, but your still retarded"

You guys are so full of your selfs you must have long arms the way you pat yourselfs on the back. Who was scared of you the 4 years or so you went without making a playoff appearance??? You guys have earned your respect but to dance around like you are the king of the state is just plain ridiculas. Last year WOS was not jus beat by Wimberly but they were destroyed. I used to follow Dayton or Baytown Lee when BH droped out of the playoffs. Now I follow just about any team in the area that is doing well.

Man this is killing me!!!!!! I have waited all year to watch BH take on WOS and I just found out that I've been volunteered for something that exact day :twisted: If your not married right now stay that way fella's

As good as any! Gives us something to talk about thanks for the write up. IMHO I would only change a couple of things. One would be to put the 5A's at the top 1 and 2 spots and to move Newton up a couple. Also WOS is to high and I think Dayton will move them after week zero 8)
