Too much talent for NDN's. Your reservation is about to become Jaguar territory!!!!!!!!!
Shouldn't you be worrying about giving Ozen thier 1st district win?
You need not worry about where I'm from or who I root for! You just need to worry about #12, #15, #95, etc and what's about to go down at your rez. My boys in L-Town will be fine. I traveled to your house just to watch the ambush of the NDN's
how that work out for ya
 2. This is halarious, we get to play a team that we beat everytime we play, the 4-5 different RBs wont bother us Vidor had about the same amount and we stopped them, Im gonna love watching DJ smash that QB and Gizzi and Co pick him off "when" he throws. Get ready for a game Doty and Co havent been stopped all year, Vidor has been one of a few teams that has gotten to touch Doty and if your wise youll get outta Chases way. That being said 42-14 (that scored in the 4th after 2nd team in)
 3. Well i sent my son to every game with a soft cooler with water, and gatorade in it and few problems only had problems with my cooler but i cant stand powerade and nobody yet has had liptons tea, im glad i dont have to deal with this next year hes 7th grade team.

 8.
All Sports Mom, here is the deal. My nephew fell in to this catagorey a few years ago and me and my brother was thinking the samething you are probably thinking (contradictions) but if you look at the big picture it makes sense. Here is the reason that makes sense; Most middles schools have 7th grade football so youth leagues do not want to compete or take away from schools. Most youth leagues use school facilities and that could cause some issues. Also if 7th graders are elidgable some associations would push kids to play on the youth teams where others would not which would cause a imbalance in the league. Some adult/coaches dont care and think of their team only just to win. The league is intended to provide football to kids that are 12 and under, if they are in the 7th grade then they have a place to play and if they dont have 7th grade school ball then their school needs to get it going.
my sons only gonna get 1 yr in senior tackle before he moves up to the 7th grade team in groves, im glad hes getting to go to 7th grade team, even tho hes gonna miss alot of his friends that will be playing in PN that hes played with since flag
 9.
And don't expect the RB to get 300+ yds rushing again either.
Watch and be amazed, cant stop what you cant catch, not only have Bertrand but another RB (not sure of the name) thats good too why throw if you can jam it down their neck all night. From what i understand Mr Bertrand sees the holes very well and is fast to get threw em. the other RB is more of a short yardage "bull" type
 10. BH QB was running for his life alot and Dre was on fire thats a good defense, i thought the offense was a little timid being the first game and all
 11. We have some important player on "D" that are returning and will put up some big hits, if their O line aint up to their QB gonna be running for his life, i already got my season tickets so im good never miss a chance to see my Indians play my old HS. Got alot of players on "D" that wanna prove themselves from the undefeated JV team.
 12.
That is the system you will find in MOST 4A school districts. They have the luxury of  implementing a system from the day they start playing football until the day they graduate. It was quite obvious we were not in Kansas any more when GCM would roll into these towns and the water towers would say "HOME OF THE BRONCOS" (for example) when the water towers in Baytown say "HOME OF LEE COLLEGE". In other words, you have to play the ENTIRE community! It does make a difference when you take the other factors I mentioned into consideration.
Our water towers along with Ned dont have "home of"  on em just have giant Indian heads or giant bulldogs on em, love it can see em from along way away.
 13. I just want the Defense to come out mean like they did last year in the first game and the offense not too come out as timid as they did last year. Indians should win it, love to see another undefeated season. BF already can write his ticket can hardley wait for the indoor facility to become a reality
 14. same here my wife or soon to be x hates HS football and was griping about going to San Antonio to watch a game, i told her it wasnt to watch a game but the game didnt think it was too funny. I wonder what shes gomma do when our oldest son who starts 7th grade football nesxt year, is playing in HS  soon
 15.
Which leads to another point... How much more difficult is it to get a program in place when you have multiple elementary and junior highs feeding into multiple high schools.  I've often dreamed of a day when they would create 6 junior highs, 2 for each high school.  That way the junior highs could run the same systems as the high school.  It's just difficult now to get a head start on it with the kids at any particular junior high all going to one of three different high schools.  There's no way to settle on a system.
i like the way faircloth is doing it here, we start his program in the junior leagues(STJFL) so when they get to be freshmen they know the system, it comes down to fine tuning and tweaking to the players you have available, and he tweaks his system every season so nobody can get used to it plus multiple plays outta one formation
 16. dont think it offended the defense just ticked them off, Brenham fan ia a class act

Trying real hard to bait me in, huh?  Well, it worked!   ;D Do you really believe that?  Then I find it real funny you say 'compete'.   PN-G and Central would be wining.  It may be a little more difficult beating Dayton, but whoever have crosby will win.  And Dayton is very beatable as well!
I think you mean central would be whining.  Central is over-rated and should not even be in the conversation with Dayton.
You must be a youngster..  You don't remember the last 2 times the Broncos played Central, do you?  In 2006, a blocked extra point with no time left gave you a 1 point win that year.  In 2007, You were holding on to a 13-0 lead for most of the game to only score a TD with 2 mins left. This was a not so good Central team who lost to Ozen and missed the playoffs.  Dayton would have been in over their heads with the 2008 Jags.  You remember, the team that Marched 4 rounds deep in the playoffs.  And if you didn't know, the 2009 Jags were playing for a district title with a very good PN-G team and also marged 3 rounds deep in the playoffs.
WOS won state a few times in the 80's.....LOL  Crosby dismantled 20-4A last year in the playoffs and Dayton, well they just spanked yall on a regular basis.  BH has throttled Lumberton and Vidor so many times I have lost count.  PNG was nealry beat by BH last year and PNG was the district champs.  A few years ago Central had to play their hearts out to beat BH (new to 4-A) in a playoff game with Central having a Division I QB.  Careful sparky, those jags, puppies, and feathered lolly gaggers over there might get a whippin soon!  BH going to start with no bark Nederland! Woof-Woof!  All that history means nottta!
1st game under a new system and you wanna brag about that, what happened when we met yall again? same as will happen this year if we meet again, and tyronne better be carefull about talking crap on the Jags all that does is motivate them. personally i would love to have Dayton back in district than Livinston better competition, if we woulda have moved on last year possibly met up with them?
Ty Schlottmann isn't bad either if that's how were doing this thread, but as a qb, I have to pick Brennan Doty.  We completely shut Harmon down last year, (he had single digit rushing yards) and Doty's leadership and accuracy kept them in the game.  A game that looked like a runaway at halftime.(20-0)  Pretty impressive for an underclassman in that big of a game.  If he can put on a little bit of weight, he should easily find himself on a couple recruiting list.
and watching him so far its only gotten better and it looks like he has gained a little weight
 22. well my son had fun and said he learned alot
