i am from WOS but i will speak for port neches and nederland. the least favorite stadium for these two teams would be HOOKS STADIUM. i know its embarrassing for two big time 4A teams to get whipped by a little 3A team, OVER AND OVER.

ok, "speed" wins with "big chin" and "bowed legs" tied for second place. so now all we need to do is determan which team in 3A is the fastest in the state. i think i will need to get that information from my best friend "SKIPPER" HE WILL KNOW.

well so-what skipper, i knew ED PEVETO. he was the greatest high school player i have ever seen. he dated my sister and my mother knew his mother. he was like an older brother to me. i cant remember if he had bowed legs but he did have a big chin.

jesse, kids with bowed legs are usually very fast. look at Dallas Cowboy, Terence Newman. he is the fastest Cowboy. (skipper has bowed legs and back in the day he was a burner.) look back at pictures of the great players of the past. most of them had big chins.

after big chins. i would pick kids with bowed legs.

if you could choose your football team, what would be the #1 attribute you would look for? i would pick all the guys with "BIG CHINS".

skipper, you can open a can of worms with this questing but i think thats the point. #1. forget about silsbee. we dont care about silsbee. #2. GILMER is the one game that matters. why did we louse? WOS won the 3rd. qtr. and lost the other 3 qtr`s. it looked like to me that our players were scared and gave up. it was easy to see. every time one of our guys would get a bump they would lay on the field. i didnt see that happen all year. i havent seen the real heart of a winner, in the playoffs since the team in 2000. there are two other things that i feel caused us to louse. one has been corrected and i dont care to bring up the other thing that is holding us back.

for me the best team at WOS would be the 2009 "3A State Championship" team.
