EC has looked solid the last 2 weeks. I know Hardin isn't much but if they don't cough up the ball they probably win last Friday against OF. I take my Bucs in a tight one.

You cannot think there's recruiting for soccer, that's just jealousy. EC runs a great program and has had a large population of soccer kids for a while. They just finally set it up recently. When you have the kids who are committed, talented and love the game you get success. I guess just because you're good fast it means it not has nothing to do with coaching or the fact kids have been playing it away from school for a while. Get out of here with that.🤡

EC has everything to gain and nothing to lose. I feel so much better after last game. Even though it was Hardin, we looked much more put together. Taking my Bucs to stand up and stand out. 29-15!

Way to go Bucs! Nights like last night remind me why I love EC. At halftime while the band was performing the Football team came out of the locker room to watch and cheer on the band. Sent real good bumps up my spine. Can't wait to see what this week has in store! BIG BIG week for the Bucs! Also, how new is Hardin's field? It looked really nice, I know it's fairly new. Just curious

Me too, this year has made me lose a lot of pride in my school honestly. Hurts to watch the standard drop so low it seems like.

They just looked like they didn't care to be there. First half they were locked in, but second half it looked like they were more worried about the after party.

Offense was back to its stagnant ways, as usual and didn't do much with opportunities. Special teams was SUSPECT.

Big scare for EC tonight. Score does not reflect the game. EC turned it down. Might be a game with Hardin next week. They will not be ready for Orangefield.

Called it. 45-20 FINAL. Good game panthers but without bad officials it’s tighter, but definitely the better team. Offense can’t do anything with defensive turnovers or stops, AGAIN. Maybe the offense is the problem/worry. Anyone know the health of #6 from EC? He looked so slow and soft running the ball. Might still be hurt.

Lol, home field advantage? Yeah right. EC gets hosed more than most teams because they tend to have more talent. While the refs played a big factor in their favor Friday, its typically against EC. Guess we have sunk that low in our talent level to need help from the refs.

With him back I don't like EC's odds, guy is a STUD. Couldn't stop 2 from Buna, won't stop Corbitt. EC D is still not very good.

You just called your shot and already backing out? Typical Panther. You clearly have not been watching EC this year. HF game said enough, then struggle with HJ, Liberty and Kirbyville. Refs bailed them out vs Buna.

Hate to agree with a Panther but probably right. I'd say AP by 3 scores. EC may have looked okay in their first 2 district games, but being against inferior opponents I would not say they will put up much of a fight. Anahuac picked them for Homecoming for a reason. Talent is on the way to replace this senior and junior class's lack of talent. Still love my Bucs!
