1.
You cant put bryant on this list. He walked into a great group of kids at BC and if Moore would have stayed then it probably would been the same result or maybe even better for those couple of years that Bryant was the head coach. The kids deserve most of the praise not bryant.
You can and you should. Like someone else said, he started the success at Buna. He has been successful everywhere he has been. He is not one to cuss a kid or put his hands on them either. His style is his own good or bad. To each his own. He probably came across laid back in bc as to not upset the lynch mob of "experts" that have sat in the stands most of their lives. If he was firm, then he would have been too demanding. Couldn't have won the battle there. One individual and his klan was just too much in the end. As to the ignorrant statement of walking into a team and being good or not being good. It is just that, ignorrant. I got a mega million lottery coming up, so if you can predict all that then I need help with picking my numbers. According to you they should take away Joe Torre's rings. His name shouldn't even be on a plaque anywhere near Yankee stadium. I never can figure out why anyone on this planet gets off to blasting another just out of the blue and with only malicious intent. Especially when they do it anonymously. Wait, I remember. Usually because of jealousy and envy. They have always been looking up and have never been able to compare. And they are afraid for someone else to critique what they do. That warrior in the arena has succeeded already whether they win or fail. Simply because they are there in the fight while all the others watch because they were afraid to fail. What list can we attempt to put you on? ps  I'm ignorrant for even responding to this crap.
2. It is safe to say that Evadale's new coach has a bit of experience on his resume with much success.
3. I am giving away some soccer shoes that are clogging up my locker space. These are good for those aspiring kickers out there. They are all Reebok and new in the box. Most are size 9 and some are 8.5. If anyone needs a pair or know of someone that does then just pm me. Again I am giving these away you are only responsible for the shipping. On a side note. The area has some good kickers. I worked with several this summer and they all made great improvements with the time that we spent together. Hopefully they can carry that on into the season and have much success.
4. My name is Matt Bryant I currently play football for the Tampa Bay Bucs. I have about 20 pairs of soccer shoes that I am giving away. They are all Reebok and never been worn. Most are size 9 and a few are 8.5. They are black, blue, and silver with a few being just black and white. They are the Sprintfit which at one time were like $130.00 shoes. Not sure what they sale for now. I am from the area so I am just trying to give back for those who could use what I have. Again I am giving these away. You would have to handle the shipping. If this helps someone out great, if not then I will just have the equipment guys chunk them. Just pm me to let me know.
5. I would slow down on this announcement. In all accounts a good thing, but drastically the opposite of what I know about the scenario at that school.
6. I am offering kicking lessons to the youth of the area. I know for the most part kids at this age don't usually kick field goals, but in case there are then I can help. My name is Matt Bryant and I have been in the NFL for seven years now. My two mainstays have been with the Giants and now with the Bucs. I currently live in Beaumont and will be here through July. If you decide to get lessons you will need to bring your own footballs. The kids at this age will get nothing out of kicking a pro football besides a sore foot and and a touch of discouragement. I will come to you and your field pending on the approval of that school's approval. Lessons for kids this age could last up to 45 minutes. All depending on their interest and participation. You can pm me from this website or email me at [email protected] and leave your name and number and I will get back to on setting up a time.
7. Nice to see the kind words, but his position is not as HC. Not fair to the current coach so thought I would give the correct information.
8. [i still wonder if Buc3 is BB himself and not his brother!! He has a habit of sending PM's that are not in the least flattering to the professional player that he is or his brother. I can assure you that I am not Billy. I kept your pm about wasting away as a pawnbroker or a teacher for inspiration and a reminder how spineless some people can be. I now have an agenda. Best of luck.
9. Who did he not play? Mcginnis grandson from a few years ago and the current one that didn't make the varsity team this year
10. I thought surely that after seeing the first post of this mindset that you would realize what you were saying. Then you say it again so I feel like it needs to be pointed out to you. The team should be made up of the best x number of players that year. You judge on what you see before you at that moment collectively over the next several weeks. Teams change each year due to graduation and people transferring in. The talent bar, so to speak, changes along with it. It may lower, rise, or stay the same. Don't know until they get on the field and do their thing. What if only 6 players perform to that level you speak of? Should Bridge City call off the season because the kids they have now don't perform to the level that 1 or 2 did a year ago? What if the 2 that you speak of don't perform as well as they did last year. Does that mean that they should not be on varsity as well? Don't quite know where you are coming from? Like you said earlier, you are just guessing!
11. I will go ahead and address this issue to the whole. I talked to one patron of this website privately about this and he seemed to get it. Now that it is baseball season the nay sayers and ignorant will crawl out of the woodworks and voice their comical opinions. Comical not because it is negative somewhat towards my family but because of the reasoning. First of all, Dylan is a person just like any other. I see no reason to try and belittle another for pure self satisfaction. But hey, this is Bridge City. You have to expect it and just roll with it I guess. He has every right to be allowed to try and make the varsity team. Despite his affiliation with the coach, if he can be steady in the field, solid at the plate, and trusted to play the game at a high intellectual level, then he deserves to be there. Despite what some think, it will actually be harder for him to make the team. Just for the very reason that we see in the last few posts. Why don't you just wait until the season begins. If he is allowed to be on the varsity and performs the way you think he will, then come on here and play the "nephew card". You would have every justification in the world to do that. If he does go out there and plays at a varsity level, then congratulate him along with the others and support the team. Or just keep coming on here and post ridiculous crap. Keep guesssing, based on one post it seems to be the backbone to their logic.

Sorry I didn't see the rules to this game. Some say what they want when they want. The people on the other side of the coin have to wait. My bad, I will try to wait until you guys are done.

Did you see me there? Bunts are a part of the game. What about the other stuff I mentioned? I didn't seem to get your opinion on those aspects of the game. You seem to know so much. I just got to know your name so possibly one day I can get some tips to pass down to my son. So, what is your name?
