lets see. deweyville beat sabine pass, and evadale handled deweyville pretty easily. i think a major old-fashioned butt-whooping is in store for sabine pass. sabine pass had better get a lot better in a hurry. keep it up evadale and i pray no players from either team gets hurt. evadale by as much as they want, then the jv gets as many as they can!!!

i am looking forward to the evadale/deweyville game friday night. will be a good game for both teams and hopefully be an intense one. and i get to watch my little cousin from evadale play again. i wish both teams a good game and may the best team win

i agree that this thread doesnt need to be here but if you look at last years record, these coaches made an improvement this year. rome was not built in one day. the players that will be playing next year( mine is a senior and will not be back) need to ask themselves and their coaches what they need to do as a team, quit worrying about me me me and get to work now. if these kids work together as a team in the offseason really hard with one goal in mind, good things will come. if you dont like what i am saying, just look at what anauac has accomplished in 3 years. it can be done here in deweyville as any other school program if every player and coach looks at what they accomplished this year, addresses the problems they have and works together to prepare for next years season starting now in the offseason. if this is done good thing will come. if nothing is changed now , it will be the same thing next year, watching the other teams reports in the playoffs from the papers. good luck to the players and coaches in the future and i will be back to run chains for deweyville next year

didnt look like any effort on deweyville side of ball. deweyville didnt look anything like the team that played saturday night. hope that team shows up for the rest of the season.

And everyone makes fun Deweyville for the way we talk. Dont feel bad there is a little redneck in all of us.

we will definitely find out friday night. i hope it will be as good as the last time they played. both teams played hard and deweyville kept them off the boards for a long time in the last game due to a fired up, hard hitting defense. lack of conditioning got the better of them in the fourth quarter. pulling for my deweyville boys in this one, but best of luck to both teams!!!

i think it will be a close game but as i have seen kountze in action, i am going to say buna will win this one. kountze has an easy offense to read and adjust to. they also rely on two key players and this will be their downfall.

H.F. did have a bad game. deweyville came out in second half fired up and gave them one heck of a game. the defense shut them down and caused several turnovers. offense needs a lot of work though, and a different backfield formation

i agree with captainclaude. smashmouth football right up the gut nis best for deweyville, always has and always will.
