So Crouch was not going to be the OC next year? The job was open before he left? Did Coach Hooks finally take the title from him?

I do not know what Barclay does for a living but he had better make alot of money. Lawyers in very expensive. Maybe the school district has a lawyer for the lawsuits that this school is about to see if this passes. I thought the state has no pass no play? WOS is going to pass no pass TAKS, no play for a year. These people are jokes. Sorry, I gave them too much credit. These animals are jokes.

Lets see the numbers. WOS is in terrible debt. Students and parents leave/move because they can not participate in any extracurricular activity over this stupid rule. $4400 per kid leave the school district. How bad would the debt be then. Then maybe there could be a lawsuit because of the school district not providing opportunities for their students. If the percentages from athletics scholarships drop, could there be ramifications put back onto the school board because of not having opportunities? Just asking? I know that there are numbers of schools that have kids that have a hard time passing that test. You are telling me that WOS wants to go from where they are to Harvard of the South. LOL. Maybe you need to start at the top and look at where the money is going. Don't try to hurt the kids because you are not intelligent enough at the top to run things right. It is not the kids fault that you are not running the district right. It is not Coach Hooks fault that they have a that program is run right and everything else is run like a circle jerk.

Sad issue that the school board is trying to ruin the only thing that is going rihgt for WOS. The school seemed to be academically acceptable. Sounds like a few members just have a stickler for a few coaches. I guess their kids were not good enough, so now lets take our rage out on the kids and coaches at WOS now. When is barclay up for reelection. Isn't this the same guy that said that WOS will be lucky if they even have athletics next year? Next thing, they will try and take away 2-a-days. They have already killed middle school athletics. How many schools are academically acceptable in the state? No other dumba** board is trying to do something as stupid as this. Get rid of Barclay--- He is mad at Coach Hooks for some stupid reason. The school board is for the benefit of the kids; not a chance to get back at someone that you are mad at. I still ask how do you know? Is that posted on here somewhere who calls the plays at West Orange Stark? I know the Head coach atTexas Tech has a Offensive Coordinator but he calls all of the plays. Call Coach Hooks and put in your request. He might listen seeing things are so bad on the offensive side of the ball.

Looks like he is in on calling the plays also. I see one coach signalling the plays sometimes and Toby is right there. I wonder if the OC is calling them or Toby or the other coach. How do you know who is calling them?

Correct but we're talking about Playoff games, when the going gets tough we just don't do anything any different on Offense and it just don't work. I say again. Call Coach Hooks and get out from behind your screen name. What offense did they run when they won state in the 80's? Wasn't it the veer? I wonder how many screens and balls were thrown in the middle of the field then. I bet they did some things that worked. I just looked at the stats on another post and it llooked like they threw for 200 and rushed for 200. Are there anyfans in the state that would not want that? Yes there is, the WOS fans.

I just saw another topic on here that says that WOS has scored more points than any other team in the history of the school through 6 games. I guess the guy should take out all of the big plays and show those stats as well as any other crying point for the unpleased so called fans.

Call Coach Hooks or the OC and give them your plays. Just Call Them. Do not hide behind a screen name and complain. Help The Program.

Aren't big plays a part of the game? When did they become less important than a long drive. a touchdown is a touchdown.

Noone knows why he did not play so lets not start putting out rumors. I would think, if he was in any way aggresive to Coach Hooks or any coach at any level of football, he would never even put a pad on again. SO STOP THE RUMORS, IT IS A KID THAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

They did not play a game last week. Of course, they have been working on WOS. They had coaches at WOS game last week. They have had two weeks to prepare for WOS. WOS had to prepare for Nederland and even play them. The upper hand is with LCM as far as preparation is concerned. Who did they scrimmage last week? Baytown Lee? Aren't they a spread team? That even furthermore tells me that they were trying to get ready for WOS. They were trying to get a taste of the spread offense a week early. Lastly, Noone prepares for a scrimmage. That would be a waste of time to do. We can come up with every excuse in the book; but everyone knows the real deal.
