Kountze played hard and didn't quit until the whistle blew. Keep your heads up and dont give up. Ya'll are a good team that hasn't had a whole lot of breaks. I was impressed with the heart of the Lions.

Sorry. Saw #32 from Anahuac today. Not real agile. Runs very hard though. Probably the number 2 or 3 runningback in the district.

I don't know about comparing them to wos. But they are definitely among the top in our district. As for the offense they will just pound it out. And when they need to break a big play it will happen. I've seen Hardin play and I don't think they are on the same level. Ha ha. I remember when somebody was talking about how good their backs were a lil while ago. And I would like to say they are just a little bit OVERRATED. I mean Deweyville thought their backs were the greatest thing in the world but I beg to differ. They run hard but I'll say it again Average at best. Buna's defense is too much for the Hornets in this one. Buna 42 Hardin 0.

Thats funny because how i have always seen it is Barbay isnt an idiot he has a gameplan going into evey week he plays. You dont think its weird Buna ran all over them in a scrimmage and not in playoffs?? Just throwin that out there!!! He got the ball few times against them in the playoffs. Twice at the most . I'm sayin that scrimmage or not both first teams were in. Which means he can match up with the runningbacks in 22 2a.

Craft has had success every year against Newton. Jus throwing that out there. They have beatin the crap out of us but he does his part. We haven't had the team to match up with them. The past two years he has had very little carries against them. In the scrimmage last year he ran all over them. I just hope he is the same when he comes back.

Stelly is not very good at all. Never seen that Villamez or whatever play. Milton Williams is def should be up there.

I've seen both teams play and i can say i thought this game was going to be alot closer than this. Congrats to the bucs.

Buna played well tonight. They overcame the injury to their senior running back and stepped it up and beat the district favorite. Refs weren't that great at all. If Craft would've played. I think this one would not even been close. But that's part of football. We can say if all day. But in the end Buna was too much for the Lions. Period. Congrats to Buna. 4-0.

I think Buna will take this one. Even if Craft doesn't play. His little brother is only getting better and better. Sheppard's A game will be there. I'm from Buna and I'm not just saying this because of it but i think w/ the older Craft in the backfield they have the best backfield in the district.
