After seeing Silsbee's pitchers at Lamars camp I have to change my pridiction to say Silsbee will challenge BC for the top spot, and I think the loss of Droullard will push WOS down to 3rd.
wos still has a bunch of good returning hitters and two solid starters in anderson and darnall. in district all you need is two of em. silsbee is returning all the same hitters that didnt hit last year.. gotta score runs to win reguardless.. wos can.. but i have my doubts about silsbee's offense. you are correct about their pitching staff though, they had a good showing at lamar. they look like they will beat some teams.
 2.
I see it ending with:  #1 BC #2 OF #3 tie  WOS & H-F,  with a playin game for third to represent 3rd in the playoffs. of is returning 2 players..wos is returning basically their whole team..so this doesnt make sense..and hf shouldnt even be in this conversation..if they make any noise it would suprise a LOT of people. they lost logan johnson..the only reason they won last year..
3. Huffman definitely has to be one of the favorites with the team they are returning. Jasper, Lufkin Hudson, Giddings, Robinson, Bridge City, West Orange Stark, Lorena, and Mexia are all solid looking clubs as well.

It will come down to their head-to-head games. As for the third spot, I have to go with silsbee. If they can score runs, then they will win. They had a decent pitching staff last year (Brown & Flowers) and they're getting their two best pitchers back this year from surgery (Scoggins & Jenkins).
droulliard is now playing at lcm! thats a huge loss for wos and a big addition for lcm!
venom, agree with you, kid can play.
A lineup with all those bats returning for wos would've been a force to recon with. Just Droiullard and Darnall back to back in a lineup would be a misery for pitchers. He is a dang good outfielder too with a cannon. This is a big loss for the mustangs. do we know why he made the move?

 6. As a Mustang fan, I wouldn't ever down any of the Mustangs or say anything to go against them or hurt them. I simply said who the pitching staff consisted of and that Anderson was the ace. Anybody has access to any of this information on the web anyway. You can look up stories and reports and maxpreps has all of these player's statistics. It's not like I was revealing some huge secret.

 8. Anderson was 3-2 in district. lost to orangefield 4-3 and Bridge City 5-3...tough losses to great teams. the other pitchers are made up of Turley, Drouillard, Darnall, and Sparrow, any of em could throw at any time and be effective. Im assuming you're from Tarkington hitchpin, what do they have on the hill?
 9. Jasper has great pitching and an amazing defence. they have a solid lineup with pop. they'll go a long way. they'll probably meet up with orangefield in regional finals, should be a great series. orangefield has great pitching and can hit with the best of any 3a team out there. and nederland will go as far as bellow will carry them! which by my guess, is a long way.
 10. in one game with anderson on the mound, they are be tough to beat. what kind of ace will tarkington throw?
 11. Turley started for the stangs and threw 4 1/3 innings and ran into trouble then was relieved by zach drouillard..kid threw gas. Darnall also hit his 9th homerun in this one. congrats to the mustangs, im lookin forward to seeing them play in playoffs this year.
 12. how about Hubbard from BC there aren't too many guys that stand out for this award this year..
 13. great performances tonight for the Mustangs. Zane Anderson worked 6 quality innings, and what more can you say about Taylor Turley.. he's been on fire as of late. 3-3 tonight with 2 bombs. Hard-fought game on both ends, but the Mustangs emerge victorious and can secure a playoff spot with a win next week.
