I am thinking its going to be a good game. I dont know much on Kingwood Park. All i really know is that they kept it close against tarkington, so i predict it will be a good game.

We will have plenty of fun next year to with Huffman in our district!

Yeah i think they talk so much because on any given day Liberty can beat alot of teams they face. Hahaha Pantherplaya nice one they must get us confused but i dont konw why we are so much better ;D

They have there QB back both Slot Running Backs, three O-linemen, the entire D-line, one CB, two outside linebackers. Liberty has plenty of people returning, and some young kids that gpt some varsity experience at the end of the year also.

Hey pantherplaya has a point everyone graduates. Liberty has 3 starting O linemen coming back not to mention some key running backs or wing backs whatever yall wanna call them. And just to put this out there White was hurt for the entire season. It all started in the bridge city game. He is a fighter thats all there is to it. Yes he will be hard to replace but Liberty has good kids coming back. Alot on defense to.

Close game. I bet it was a good one. Liberty won tonight 6-5. But congratulations to Tarkington on the win. Everybody was thinking Kpark would come in and dominate but Tarkington is a tough opponent

Today i got to meet the new AD/Head Coach and he seemed like a really nice guy. He is probably what the program needs in that he is a fresh face and can start it all over. Panthaplaya i love it that was great.

I thought this thread was about the new AD. All i seem to be reading is how people think the hometown boy should have got it. I agree that we should hire someone completely new. From those few posts about him being with Magnolia and the ohter schools he sounds well qualified and should bring good things to the table in the future. I have confidence in him that he will change things around, so why cant yall?

Yes it is Shane Deel. I didn't know it was Coach Stewarts last day though. I hate to see him go he was a good man and a great coach. Best of luck to him in the future.

They lost alot of talent from the football team for next year. I personally don't think they will be as good this upcoming football season as they were this past one. I do think however that they will make the playoffs again and will probably take second in district.

I heard monday from a very reliable source that the two coaches being interviewed are the OC for Libery Coach Sadler and Donald Douglas.

I agree with pantherplaya they need to get every other bad thing that the high school has fixed also, but i also think that the football choice is important and they need to pick the righ man for it. Now i wish it would have been done with like everybody else but it is important

They really lost, I was shocked when I saw the bracket and saw that also. Liberty played Willis the first game of the tournament and I feel like they could have won that game it there wasnt a few base running mistakes.

Does anyone know how they look this year? I have not heard much on them.

Hardin jefferson lost to willis 8-2 on friday. Liberty beat Tarkington 9-7 on friday also. Cleveland beat Splendora7-5 i think.

I agree with oldtimer and Wes57 that we do need him in as soon as possible. The boys need to know the new coach really soon and get behind him which in my mind the will. The kids hear are good and work hard. But the support of everyone else in the community isn't going to be really good in my opinion other than the athlets parents.

yeah they are all obnoxious....and its only four teams from 22-3a the others are out of district

o wow just because yall went far in the playoffs means yall are really superior to Liberty now? Liberty has a good program over here, the only thing that was against them this year is the bad luck they had at the end of the game.

Liberty has some young pitchers this year with a two senior pitchers. They bring plenty of talent to the field and work hard at what they do. they are going to be a tough team in my opinion.

I agree panthaplaya. hard work is the key. Some fourth place teams in some districts might have a losing record in the district and get knocked out in the first round by a better team with more experence

I don't think he coached at bh but he did coach at liberty. He left liberty to go back to work at his old job i heard but didnt like it and he ended up in anuach. He might be what they need over there he is a good and knows what he is talking about.
