  1. The Broncos have really spoiled their fans this season. They have dominated so many games that just seeing the other team get a first down is tough to handle. I hated to sit down and not constantly show support. I hope Kyle Field is not too big for the Broncos to hear us! Everyone needs to try their best to get there this weekend. I saw someone at a different site ask if some buses could take people from town to the game. I bet they'd be willing to pay something to ride. That would be a great thing for a local club/organization/chamber to contribute their efforts to. This is a great thing for the whole town!
  2. We bought tickets at DISD - does anyone know how many tickets were sold pre-game?
  3. Look at the last page (13) of the dayton vs waller quarterfinals thread. great picture of the crowd.
  4. I have no voice today from all that cheering! What a game! We will be there next week! Bronco fans prepare for the weather though. The forecast is pretty cold, but not wet. highs 52 deg with the wind chill and lows 24 deg but clear sky. I might have to go buy a purple coat! Can't wait!
  5. The key word in this thread is RESPECT. All the years that I've attended Bronco games they have never been a team who have advanced with unsportsmanlike play. They aren't a high penalty team. They have been playing good ball and biding their time and earning/building that respect. They are due. Dayton is a small town, and much of the newspaper space is filled with football news. I guess we will be changing districts again anyway, so we'll have new opponents. If we aren't in Beaumont's district, then we don't need to be in their newspaper.
  6. I'm glad you posted this link! How about them Broncos!!!! They have class. They have a great coaching staff. They have great fans. All action - No smack talk needed.
  7. BRONCOS YOU ARE A JOY TO WATCH EACH WEEK! KEEP YOUR FOCUS. YOUR COACHING STAFF HAS A GREAT GAME PLAN! THIS SEASON HAS BEEN SO MUCH FUN! THE TEAMWORK IS INCREDIBLE! THANK YOU BRONCOS!!!! :)
  8. I've read alot of these threads and have to comment that I've seen alot of smack talk from the L-Train crowd. Rightfully, they have earned it and I can relate to how exciting this ride is. One thing that I want to bring to everyone's attention is how many miles Dayton is from all their competitors. I was walking up to Bronco Stadium at our last home game against PNG and commented to someone in purple about the kids. They made a comment about how far they had to drive. Well, I can tell you we drove to every out of town game and they were all FAR! Dayton was one long trip for half the district. What made it all worth while was the great Dayton Broncos. This has been so FUN! This is my son's senior year so we are probably in our last season of attending every game. As we get further into the playoffs, we may resolve to attend every game NEXT YEAR TOO! We really appreciate the opportunity to be part of this exciting season. I wonder what the mileage is per team in the District 22 4A commuter miles to games. I know someone out there has that stat?? But really, we are having a great time. I can't schedule the rest of my vacation this year until I know what Friday's I need off! TO THE BRONCO PLAYERS AND STAFF - THANKS FOR THE GREAT RIDE SO FAR! THE FANS ARE READY TO SUPPORT YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL! ONE LEVEL AT A TIME! ;D
