PLAYA---- your always coming up with some off the wall stuff. Dayton would do to Sterling just what they did to GCM.... maybe worse. Gonna hafta agree on this one. RSS would get beat at the same rate. Just look at the Dawson game. I would like to see Dayton take on North Shore. No matter how easily they handled the vaunted GCM rushing attack, I am still not sold on their defense. A team like North Shore would test all the phases of your team's game. I'm sure if Coach Stewart could have his way he would take the top 10 rankings for the state and schedule them as his 10 games....

It's the natural rival....WOS hasn't backed down from Nederland after moving down...Kirbyville v WOS as well.... Regardless....it won't be done if no one calls for it...

Well it's really the only good game this weekend in 20 4-A.....I haven't seen Crosby yet but the winner probably has the inside track to the #2 spot in district....based on what I saw from GCM, I think they'll probably take this game.

I like the idea of bangin' heads with the locals in BH, Crosby, and Liberty....oh wait....shame we haven't played our biggest rival in 20 years now.....

We prefer winning at sports people care about.....which would be 1.

I believe Dayton went to the state semi-final game out of 20-4A just two short years ago...not there now but technically were there when they went.

Who knows how it's gonna shake out with all the new 4A schools coming along. I, for one, wouldn't mind the extra travel time for better football over in Beaumont.....plus there's a bit of a budding rivalry with a certain blue and red team over there....

I think we'd gladly move back....from a fan standpoint anyway....I can take long drives for good football.... Even though we're right on the border of SETX (depending on where you draw that), I've felt much more a part of SETX than we ever had here in Houston. Never get claimed as a "Houston Area Team" by the local news until the semi-finals or so.

The other bad thing about playing NF this week will be that the thread will be boring....may as well give Ranger a little reminder of how good the crow tasted

I hate looking past a game and I don't think the players will but it's hard not to as fans. It's too bad for NF....I know they're struggling but they HAVE to have talent over there. They were always fast before when they were Forest Brook anyway.
