I watched them play Newton last year. Yes Newton destroyed them but they were young but very athletic. These boys are going to be good.

IMO that every player contributes even kids that don't see the field much because they are getting the team looks at practice for the upcoming games. Deweyville will always have hard hitting kids and they will play with heart everytime they touch the field.

They need to come out fired up Friday like they have been! Big game for the pirates which they can take if they play to their potential!

And also the team that beat WOS in jr had some of the boys from last years team! Good luck to the pirates the rest of the season and for 89falcon if you've watched all these games why are you being so negative instead of supporting them?

If you're reffering to the last years team for Deweyville, they were better. Just way out of place. That was a good group of kids they had. They would have been special if Babin had been running the show.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves they are ranked in the state for a reason. They are also like number 3 in region 3. Lets just worry about Groveton first. Lets not get to cocky. But I do believe Deweyville will be crowned district Champs Friday night.
