  1. Man, you and I think the same.  I was thinking in the 14 point range.  Depends on the opportunities.
  2. Oh and by the way I hope the the moderators lock this thread if it gets out of hand and off the subject.
  3. I see the Dayton vs BH game as being a game of opportunity.  If one of them starts turning the ball over, or not being able to move the ball well, then they will playing catch-up all night.  Mistakes will be costly Friday night.  My prediction is Dayton strikes first and if they do, then BH will be playing catch-up.
  4. I will probably go to another Dayton vs Horace Mann game today.  I work in Baytown and which game I go to depends on what time I get off.  If I get off early I'll go to the game in Dayton, if not, I'll go to the game in Baytown.
  5. Dayton 8 B          13 Horace Mann 8 B 00
  6. The one that threw his helmet was not any of the ones you mentioned.
  7. This was last years scores between Crosby and Dayton (last years 8th, this years 9th) Should be the same group of kids playing each other this year. 8th grade games from 2009 Dayton 8th B 27 Crosby 8th B 00 Dayton 8th A 13 Crosby 8th A 00
  8. That is OK.  We understand that it's hard for you to distinguish between fantasy and reality.
  9. Who are the Crosby Bulldogs? Was it the Cougars, and was it their A or B team?
  10. Dayton Frashman A 20 Eisenhower Freshman A 16 FINAL
  11. Dayton Freshman A 20 Eisenhower Freshman A 8 6:49 left in 4th
  12. By the way Dayton is waitin to make the hill a real deal.  See you a week from tomorrow.
  13. Man, I sure am glad I live in Dayton, Texas because it sure sounds like his trip to Ohio was brutal.
  14. Thanks.  We have a really young line.  The tackles were both seniors and the guards and center were sophomores.  The sophomore class is the class that lost 2 games in 7th grade and went undefeated in 8th and 9th grades so these 2 losses to start the season are a little reality check for them.  They will be just fine the rest of the year.
  15. If you were at the Angleton game he played both guard positions, he was #74.
  16. Yes, Alan was all everything at Byrne.  He was in the class ahead of me and Billy Ray was a senior when I was a freshman.  Alan's senior year was the last district champion team at Byrne.  I really miss that school.  No games or homecoming to go to.  Lots of memories in the halls of that old building.  I now consider Dayton as my high school.  My wife graduated from there and our son is a sophomore there, he is one of the big offensive lineman.
  17. One question.  With all of those impressive district stats, how many district games have they played?
  18. Hey Purple, Cunningham is the main feeder into Galena Park Northshore.
  19. Bishop Byrne 3 times, won in 1955, lost in 1959 and lost in 1977.  I was on the 1977 team that lost to Gary Kubiak.  Byrne closed in 1983.
  20. I just saw on another thread where Nederland did not even have their regular qb in the Barbers Hill game.  That kid is a beast,  I think the outcome would have been much different with him in the game.
