​Because: 1) I never post on this site so I had to create an account so that I could ask the question 2) I posted it after finding out that Babe Ruth even had a tournament Not too hard to understand the question. People kept saying these teams won "state", so I was just wondering how it could be considered "state" when only a couple of counties were in the tournament. East Texas state champs explains it better
