The Sectional Tournament will be in Bridge City July 11. Does anyone have A bracket? Or know when the 1st game is? I know two of the teams will be West End and BC ???

This summer at HF, the district has allowed a professional Strength & Conditioning coach to come in and run a camp at the school. Its not a "free" or school sponsored camp and the parents had to pay for the training. It started June 9 and will last until July 25....Monday - Thursday 2 hrs per day. The training sessions are pretty intense and the kids who are attending are defiantly benefiting! Watch out for the 8th horns! Well in BC they have a FREE football camp ran by the coaches 2 hours a day until football season.....I think we benifit alot better

Take BCs last years 7th grade team and add 2x stronger and alot faster....I know they will want to beat HF in football and basketball since both games came down too seconds

Exactly what I like to see nobody talkin about BC's 8th grade ;D Be prepared,,Trust me they are workin harder than anyone in SETX I can assure that.

Who would the 3 pitchers be? The 12 yr old group has always been weak...but I know all have gotten alot better from playin Select ball

Hey Braves24.....Thanks for the comment on Andrew Anderson from H-F that is my son. He did have a good meet 2 weeks ago, but tonight he will have to step it up tonight in Kirbyville. Also, before the rain came last week in H-J, he won the long jump & triple jump again. I think he jumped 16'-7 on his long jump, which is a foot further than his first meet. I did not know this posting was on here. I have never been on this site before today! Thanks! By the way......I would like to see H-F 7th grade win district this year!! I am a little partial! Yes he was very good in football to got a chance to catch two games.He just needs to keep workin The dist. meet is the next one and in 7th grade it will have to be out of BC and HF since they tied the first meet which is nearly impossible. May I add BC managed to get 319 points in the OF meet beating there nearest opponent by almost 200

Yes Groves was not really that talented mainly had Drake Hernandez and beat BC off of walks,But a win is a win In 11 yr olds BC was probaly the most talented at the regional tournament.

3/6/08 Orangefield Meet Boys 7th grade won and 8th grade boys won It was canceled halfway through the meet. These boys are just wow. Also a Kirbyville boy in 7th grade broke the Junior high pole-vault rec with 10 feet

If your talking 8th grade boys? No team in dist 21-3a has shown any sign of being capable to beat BC!

Has anyone heard of a boy named Matt Menard I believe he's in 8th grade at BC he won all of his events and did outstanding in the long jump Also Andrew Anderson from H-F 7TH grade had a great meet!

Bridge City isnt having a 13-14 yr old team this yr because they only have 13 kids in that age bracket because most kids played school ball only

I've heard from sources that the 7th grade football players from Bridge City and Orangefield are facing off in a 7 on 7 football game this weekend in Orangefield?? Is there any truth to this? Is this sanctioned by the school??? ???
