whats funny is not one pirate fan on here has said were gonna win state or anything like that. its everyone else thats trying to make it look like that. and for whoever dont like that the pirate fans support they're team then i would suggest not looking at any thread for the rest of the year that has to do with the pirates. we have been here supporting them in the past and are going to support them in the future. its gonna get load in here, get your earmuffs.....

it wont matter if we win all season, these same people will say its a down year for our district. as far as scrimmages go, as far as win or lose i agree it shouldnt matter about win, lose, but it sure seems to matter to the kids on the field and the coaches on the sidelines......

well i got to support my Pirates but im gonna check out LCM to. could suprise some people with all the new coaches over there. hope they do well, just not as well as Vidor...

how come the orange leader and the beaumont enterprise cant get the right information. there was 4 td's by vidor. one by Jacob Peevey. the enterprise had the qb from last year making the throws, he graduated last year. take a little pride in your work and get the right info....

wow, now youve hurt my feelings. believe me, when my son screws up i tell him like it is. luckily he only made one mistake tonite and that was a dropped pass. so i dont believe he deserves to run till he pukes. i also am not going to get on here and tell the whole team (players and coaches) how bad they are. if thats going to make you sleep better tonite then have at it. but like i said, the people that screwed up tonite know it....

guess you werent shown enough attention as a child. they do have anger management classes that i hear can do wonders....

dang, why dont we just fire all the coaches and make all the players switch to table tennis. weve been making the same mistakes all season, but was able to overcome them in all but 2 games. didnt see yaw putting these kids down when we were winning. believe me, the kids that were making these mistakes know it better than anyone. they dont need to get on here and read about how sorry you think they are....

yea i was kinda wondering why he kept doing that myself. but he did get in trouble before for going to the outside when the coaches wanted him to turn up. i figured he was seeing something i couldnt.

i warned my son about how good ozen was at stripping the ball from watching them play last year. looks like he listened but he must not of reminded his teamates....

yaw really need to get over yourselves. yaw are still going on about a team that beat yaw a week ago. i believe that just about any team in this district can step up and suprise some people. we proved it last week and ozen and livingston proved it this week.

cant keep turning the ball over that many times and expect to win. gotta get things rolling in the first half. dont think my blood pressure can take too many more of these trying to come back in the last second games....

looks like it took a couple of days for the excuses to start. i didnt realize vidor had more time than lumberton to rest up for the game. and believe it or not vidor plays with injuries too. its called football. guess if yaw were so wore out and beat up from tuesday yaw wouldnt have ran yaws mouth so much about the beating yaw was going to give us....

was talking about the vidor game. were kinda used to not getting the credit or exposure we deserve. just hate it for the kids. would've been cool to see my sons first varsity td in district on the highlights though.

too bad the camara crews left , they missed some good highlights in the second half. good highlights of the losing team though.....

what i dont understand about the lumberton fans on here is that they constantly whine about no one respecting them and how no one thinks they're any good. then they turn around and do the same thing to all the other schools in this district. we need to remember that these kids are the reason why we get to go to these games and they dont deserve to get on here and read how you think they're terrible and dont have a shot at winning. its way too early in the season to talk about how good or how bad these teams are. lumberton proved last year that a group of dedicated kids and couches can do what no one else thought they could do. it is possible that another team besides lumberton can pull this off.

one of the starting runningbacks for vidor is Jacob Peevey, not Jake Travis. he's the one who scored the first touchdown for vidor.
