You have to teach fundamentals from 7th grade up. BC has a great 8th grade team but they are bringing 8-9 people on every play this helps none with teaching tech. It works great at that level but you have to work some on reading and coverage.

I don't know what all the negative feelings are all about. We love the people from Kirbyville. Most people in Kirbyville come to Jasper and spend money at Walmart, Lowes, going out to eat, The lake they are a real boost to the economy. They have a little man syndrome thing going, it's like beating your big brother at somthing. Jasper leads the series with Kirbyville 18-2 will it be 18-3 or 19-2 after tonight. I'm not sure but either way it will be good for the economy so be sure to go out to eat and go to Wal-Mart before the game.

Who cares!!! Both Jasper and silsbee better worry about the 6 games that come before that one or the last one will not matter. You cannot compare games these are teenagers and each week a different one can show up. Jasper did not show up against Newton. Newton did not show up against Crockett. I am sure silsbee did not play their best game last Friday. Newton will always be fired up against Jasper it is their biggest game of the year outside of the state championship. Not that it dosn't matter to jasper but they have other more "important" games important for the fact that they are bigger rivals and that they count (WOS, Silsbee, and new rival Kirbyville). Newton will 99% of the time dominate their district. Not that Newton dosn't want to beat Silsbee or Carthage, but they are not Jasper.

Actually they gave up 7 and had to let them score so they could get the ball back, also had a punt go over the punters head for a score. have to do everything right or it will bite you!!!!

Throw out the record, Throw out everything; these 2 teams will always play each other hard. Last year Jaspers worst team in 2 or 3 decades should have one if they could have punted the ball. They played tough physical football and basically pitched a shutout defensively after dealing with a terrible loss a day or 2 before. This will be a good one!!!!

I thought Mark henry was not very good at football, he was a great powerlifter, but I remember him being avarage as a lineman.

Jasper one state last night, if your too sore to read about it I would come back in a few weeks, but for now Jasper Enjoy your victory!!!!!! As for the best 3a team ever no one will ever know. Their have been some great ones, they were the best this year so enjoy that, but nothing wrong with this topic for debate, thats what this is for right?
