there is NO good freshman in kirbyville. . . . none will do good this year except one kid who only would have a chance at doing good in a freshman bracket. Kirbyvilles ladder (on the guys side) will be....... 1. Lane Tippett (junior) 2. Cole Atkinson (junior) 3. Shawn Atkins (senior) 4. Taylor Sims (junior) It is not smart to come on here and say all that stuff bout people (especially freshmen) winning state when they have no chance to even win a first round match in district. The girls will be good. They will return Shana Landry (junior) to lead the girls' team, Rachel Jones, Devin Moore, Mandy Holbert, and a few others. We had a freshman girls double team (Marcia Monk and Mackenzie Malone) that would win all the freshmen tournaments or get second. They will need practice but look promising. While Kirbyville has won district every year since what ? somewhere in the seventies ? We have some talent and hopefully will continue that.

if jasper wins against wo-s and they all win out the rest of the other two games..... what would happen ?! jasper would of lost to kville head to head, wo-s would of lost to jasper head to head, kville would of lost to wo-s head to head, and they would all have identical district records. two of which would have identical season records. would it then go to point differences in games ?! if so.... is that even right ? different teams match up ALOT differently in certan games

frm wat i have heard... kville is under 400 . theys senior class is less than 87 and it aint much better in the otha classes

Cole Atkinson and Lane Tippet for Kirbyville. . . Never "actually played" doubles in a tournament for the school yet but have played in these summer tournaments in beaumont and made some noise. im taking them to win doubles in district. they play ALOT and want to win. the # 1 and 2 in kville

jasper should not even be in competition w/ kirbyville... nor should silsbee or wo-s... were talking about a school that has less than 90 kids graduating this year and just barely over 400 kids in the entire high school

jasper #2 ?! they are physical but the number two in district. and u cant say they are that physical on offense. they run a spread, spread offenses take away the physical aspect. kirbyville is a "physical" offense. motion all the time. they get ppl ON THE GROUND

KIRBYVILLE should be moving down to 2A come next realignment. they are going to have the advantage of a senior class getting counted w/ only 87 ppl in it.... no class is big. a really good chance of being below 414.... '09 has an EXCELLENT class and alot of varsity experience already frm this past season (quarterback, db's, wr, rb)
