I knew about the sitting parr but didnt kniw about they can regulate which school or "conference" you choose. So that being said any school can and WILL recruit KENNY HILL and AGGY can tell him NO your not going to a in state school even know were not in same conference. The only sport is in question is football because of injuries. Might have to move it up to 20. Dont want to go into a competition like that without players
