1. Tonight's games 5:30 Braves vs Dodgers 7:45 Yankees vs Athletics
2. I haven't heard anything yet, but once information is known it will be posted on here
3. Reminder that today's games are a make-up from Tuesday's scheduled 5/26/15 games. 5:30 Mets vs Red Sox 7:45 Athletics vs Braves
4. All games for tonight are canceled. Tomorrows games are to be played as scheduled, and this Tuesdays games are still scheduled to be played Friday night. Decision has not been made on when tonight's games will be rescheduled, but when a decision is made we will post on here.
5. I'll be at this one. My cousin and I are taking our dads up there and hopefully it'll result in a ND win.
6. While watching the replay of the game, I must say I am really impressed with how the defensive line played.  They have absolutely dominated the game from what I have seen so far.  I am also impressed with the running back Hopkins, kid runs extremely hard and always pushing forward for that extra yard.  Also looks like the o-line played well making the holes for Hopkins to run through and gave Carson enough time to get the throws off.  With that being said I hope this team keeps up the intensity and keeps improving every week to make a deep run this year
7. Just announced on the radio broadcast: Total Yards at half Ned: 240 Crosby: 60
8. Just checked the facebook group page and Mid-County is up 7-0 after 3
9. Even though we lost, I have to say that the hitting performance put on by Jude Vidrine was amazing. He went 4-5 with three home runs and also adding a double.  He became only the third person in Lamar history to hit 3 in one game.  Lets get back in the win column tomorrow as we definitely need it in our hunt to get into the conference tournament
10.

nederland is one of the toughest places in texas to come in and play...i'll give the edge to the  dawgs and brown
The advantage will go to whose bats show-up.  BH's record was perfect in the second-half and in those seven games Barbers Hill scored a total of 83 runs (average of 12 runs per game) and their pitching/defense allowed only seven runs(average of 1 run per game) ..... I really doubt that playing at Nederland is going to be a problem for these guys!
with the wind blowing in 9-10 times you will play there will always be a challenge to anyone who comes in and plays at nederland.  Overall this game should be a good one with the number one seed coming in and brown on the mound, this game should be a gem
11. Great season for the Pirates no shame in losing to Waco U they are always a tough team to beat and will be a threat to any team they play
12. Good game by both teams.  Brown and Nelson both threw great games.  Key to the PNG win was they got the timely hit in the third and Nederland couldn't get the runs across with the runners in scoring position.  Hard to win a game with stranding so many runners on in scoring position.  Both teams should finish the season strong and make a run in the play-offs.
13. Lamar won today 10-2. Jeff Abt had 3 doubles and 4 rbi's. Very good showing today with good pitching, defense, and offense.
14.
I thought in high school, the shootout was something similar to hockey, not a PK shootout?
It is, in high school soccer it is a 35 yard shootout with the shot taker having 5 seconds to get a shot off and no rebounds from whenever either the goalie pushes it away or if the ball hits off of the post
15. Yeah it was but on the positive note it was a great finish by the dude from unc
16. [Hidden Content] here is the clip from the goal. a perfect strike that knuckled down perfectly. just like shark taught my team and group from Nederland how to strike a ball.
17. Did anyone see the goal from the dude from UNC? It was pretty amazing if i have to say so myself
18.
Silsbee will will probably be the toughest team in the area this year. They are returning alot of seniors and look amazing. I wouldnt be surprised if they went at least 5 rounds deep in the playoffs this year. Vidor will have a weak team like always and PNG and Nederland will be right there wth them due to their losses. I think Silsbee and Hardin Jefferson are the up and coming powerhouses in the area. Watch out for them this year!
That is a very bold statement right there. For that to happen you would have to get past some really strong Houston teams and also most likely go through Brenham who is always a tough task.  I'm sorry to break it to ya but I don't see this happening.
19. This year will be Nederlands rebuliding year.  They lost a lot of seniors from last year in which most have started since their freshman year, these are the same guys that I played with my last two years and helped us win the district title my senior year. We shall see what the new group has to offer coming up in the next month or so once they start scrimmaging.  PN-G should be pretty good especially with the experience of Murdock being in the goal for them for the fourth consecutive year
20.
An on a smart phone you can pick up KLVI on iheartradio app for free.
good mention there. it has helped me listen to games on my iphone since you can't stream the klvi website since apple products don't support flash player. its also helpful for me when i can't make it to the games on the nights that i have to work.
21. I go to Lamar and if you want a good parking spot with the ability to get out of there avoiding traffic park on the other side of mlk in the church of christ parking lot or the gravel parking lot behind that one. quick outlet. also do not park in the subway parking lot they will tow you
