I  know of any violations Port Arthur Made,and they were punished for the one that they did make. It just looks like they just didnt want ther kids playing with kids from Port Arthur. I hope this is broadcasted on the news and newspaper in every shape form and fashion of why when this went on .Those kids in Port Arthur did not deserve this ,Nor their president He did all he could at the end of the day It boiled down to they just did not want there kids to Play with kids From Port Arthur .
