Heard Stephen Gibson RB for the Pirates did well or even won the shuttle. He did not have a good time in the 40. He ran 4.6. He is a little quicker than that 4.5 something. Gibson does not get hurt he should rush for around 1500 to 2000 yards this coming year.

Some people from other schools got to see some of the Deweyville Pirates players. Overall I heard they did pretty well. Our QB won the bench 185 lbs. for 21 reps. not bad. Wait till you see there offensive line in action. :o Yea we know the Pirates will be down down down this coming year. That's what we want you to think. ;D

For the Pirates it all comes down to how hard are they working NOW and this summer? Not just 8 to 10 people but all of the team should be getting after it. The string has started now 2 straight trips to the playoffs. I would not want to be on the team that ended that run. No doubt if the Pirates work hard and put some sweat in the bucket they can make it 3 in a row! Go PIRATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [move]3 in a row!!!!!!!![/move]

4A vs. 2A Almost a win win for the 2A. The 4A will have to put it on them pretty bad for it to be a win. Not a good warmup game for the Bears. JMO Good luck to both teams in the playoffs.

Almost all of them play both ways. This is 2A football. Trust me if they are good they are playing both ways.

Griff runs a great program and one LCM should be proud of. He and Stevenson work well together. Keep up the good work Griff.

The Pirate Boys team finished 3rd in District and Girls finished 4th with only 6 girls on the team. Congrats to both teams! Good luck at Regionals.
