Coach Comeaux where do you coach?

Just curious. At the and of Last Saturdays game vs Vidor I noticed the two teams prayed together. I thought this was very classy of the two coaches and teams. Have we always done this and I just have not noticed?

In the last 3 or 4 games, Vidor only started 3 seniors. They looked a lot better in my opinion in those games than they did in the first 6. I think they started 13 sophs and 6 jrs. Hopefully we will improve.

Not true corner. In fact it is just the opposite all of Vidor's head coaches encourage players to play more than 1 sport. I play basketball because Coach Mathews Asked me to.

I was very impressed with vidor the past 4 weeks. The young kids grew up alot. Coach has taken alot of crap over the last couple of months. You people need to know that almost every one of us seniors hugged the man and told him we love him. Next to my dad, he is the most influential man in my life. I hope he will stay. We (Vidor) are lucky to have him. People like Pirate faithful Jr. need to realize how much he means to us players and we are what matters not just wins and loses. Thank you Coach Mathews we love you.

We lost 5 running back to injuries against Central 2 weeks age and 2 to grades. We also lost our Varsity Quarterback and our J.V. quarterback must play up. Our other J.V. QB tore his acl several weeks ago. We also lost several lineman to grades last Friday.

I play for Coach Mathews i heard him call Larry aside Larry Denied it. I saw Mathews run him for the personal foul. If Mathews had seen it or thought he did it, he would no longer be playing Larry. As far as the J.V. game, 4 J.V. running backs were injured last week and 2 were forced to play varsity this week . There were no running backs to play with.

Since 1999 Vidor has had 3 6-4 seasons, 1 5-5 season and 1 4-4 season. This season he is starting at least 9 sophomores. I dont know about the B.C. job, but he is still here so lets help the program by supporting him instead of bashing him on this website that I am sure all of his players read.

Let me guess mom you have a son that did not play. Deweyville needs to find a way to keep Coach Bickham. 2 years 2 playoff teams im not a coach but I understand results.

Coach Bickham was not let go from Vidor. Coach Mathews Did not want Coach Bickham to leave. In fact they are still very good friends.

It all Starts with Joe C. He does not like Richie or Jeff. It is a shame that our kids could possibly suffer because of one mans ego.

Why dont we get off of jeff and start concentrating on who will get the Head Job. No offense to jeff but he is not what this topic started was started for. This has turned into a bash jeff thread and those of us that know him do not appreciate it and I am sure he enjoy reading negative things about himself. As long as I have known Jeff he has never lied to me or have I ever witnessed him lying to another.
