  1. It might be the play of the game too you, But for me it shows a complete disrespect for the game of Baseball !!!!!!!!
  2. During the sports cast last night when they were intervieing OF he looked OK, He was taking BP
  3. The plate umpire decided this game in the 5th or 6th when he called a ball fair when it was clearly 1-2 feet foul. this tied it 2-2 and then the very next pitch calls a balk that was very questionable that puts bc up 3-2
  4. Silsbee wins 9-6, Silsbee played a better game, still needs to get a lot of work in before district
  5. Silsbee 1 senior on the team, with no juniors and the rest soph. and freshmen
  6. Pitcher- Matt Hicks ( Bridge City ) Catcher- Jacob Felts (Orangefield) 1B - Josh Skinner (Silsbee) 2B - Chase Kelly (Silsbee) SS - Taylor Eaves (Hamshire-Fannett) 3RD - Joe Robertson (Bridge City) LF - Matt Johnson (LCM) CF - Jace Statum (Orangefield) RF - Trae Hester (Vidor) DH - Randy Musgrove (Kirbyville)
  7. I will take Silsbee for this one, if they play the way they are capable of playing. RB's Chris Barnes. and Chris Castle will need run like the wind blow's and hold on to the ball, WR's Chase Kelly, Shannon Robinson and Jarrian Rhone will need to catch everything they touch, and of coarse Jeremy Johnson will need to put up some real high numbers passing and rushing. And the Tiger defense will have to stop Dexter Pratt Jacolby Stokes
  8. One dead and four injured in Friday crash 11/08/08 By Mike Lout Email this story to a friend A Hardin County man died on Friday evening when the vehicle he was driving collided head on with pick up truck about 7.5 miles north of Jasper on Highway 96. The Texas Department of Public Safety said the crash occurred shortly after 9:00, when a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt, which was southbound on Highway 96, for some unknown reason, crossed over the centerline and ran head on into a northbound 1996 Dodge pick up truck. The driver of the Chevrolet, Joel Scott Schooling, 19, of Silsbee, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Dodge, William Isaac Rawls, a 22 year old oilfield worker from Pineland and three of his passengers, Angel Jacobs, 23, Clint Jacobs, 6, and 1 year old William Braden Rawls, all of Pineland, were all taken to Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital where they were at last word still undergoing treatment. The accident was investigated by state trooper Eric Malone, who filed a report saying that both the deceased and Rawls were wearing seat belts when the crash occurred.
