That sounds like a very good turnout.

I beleive in the long toss, keep going back as much as possible till you cannot reach home plate. That may even be past 2nd base. Cody tried the weighted balls, then she was wilder than wild. At college they use a larger slightly weighted ball. There are many tools out there to help, good luck finding what your more comfortable with.

Yes, you are not easiest to play for - very demanding with the expectation of perfection from your players. Alot of life lessons these kids are getting. Congrat's to the "BIGGEST" dance in softball at this level and good luck.

YEAH!!!! Cody gets the win in game 2 (LSU 8 Tenn. 2) 2 earned runs 6BB(4intentional to T. Callahan-she hit 2hrs in game 1), 5K's. Cody has tendonitis is her rt shoulder and our #1 pitcher Hofer has tendonitis in her rt hand. Lost game 1 (8-0 run ruled Callahan 7rbi) College is tough!
