  1. Football fever is starting up!! Can't hardly wait for the Friday night lights!! Here's to hoping that there is NO repeat of last season. BC vs Jasper and BC vs WOS should be great games.
  2. DX had me ROFLMAO. Especially when they started messing with Mr. McMahon's mike. Did you guys enjoyed the "reruns" of Trish and Melena?
  3. Just read on one of the wrestling boards that RVD and Sabu got stopped for speeding in Ohio. RVD got busted with marijuana and vicodan tablets on him. Sabu had 9 unidentifable pills on him. They must have posted bond becase RVD is on WWE right now.
  4. Seems that alot of wrestlers get hooked on painkillers to keep on going show to show. I guess it is to be expected. When you go 300 plus days a year, you sometimes have to wrestle while in pain.
  5. I kinda miss the ole days!! The days of the Bret "The Hitman" Hart, the Von Erichs, The Rockers and the Midnight Express. But my favorite tag team of all time is THE LEGION OF DOOM!!
  6. showing your age there, coop!!! That's when they wrestled more and talked less. Give me the old days of 2 out of 3 matches. I remember seeing Gino Hernadez and Dusty Rhodes in a bull rigging match in Houston. Talk about bloody!! Dusty's blonde hair was red from all the blood.
  7. I like Cena. It is great to have DX back!!! Wonder if there will be any more members beside HHH and HBK?
  8. My favorite wrestler of all is Hulk Hogan. But I loved watching the original 4 Horsemen(Flair, blanchard,Ole and Arn Anderson!! I loved the old NWA(which became WCW). When we lived in Lake Charles, my husband and I would drive to the Sam Houston Coliseum to see Paul Bosch wrestling. How many remember when he did wrestling shows in Beaumont?
  9. It wasn't a cake walk, but we pulled it out. The home plate ump again had a varying strike zone. Yoe is a very good team, and I expect them to be back next year(they had alot of sophmores on their team.) :!:
  10. Wish I could be there, but will be working. Congrats cards, and bring it all home!! :ch '''fa '''fy
  11. The official count shows Kevin threw 140 pitches last night. I imagine his arm was like jello by the 7th. That ump's strike zone varied from pitch to pitch. The rain didn't help out either. Hope everyone got a good night's rest and are ready to go after again this evening. By the way, am I the only one that got lost last night??? :ch '''fa '''fyui
  12. Let's just take it one game at a time, how about it? :mp
  13. one game playoff,Thursday night, Deer Park,7:30 pm
  14. Congrats Derrick!!! I know your mom and dad are proud.
  15. Only thing is that he needs to learn to make adjustments at half-time. If one thing don't work, let's try something else.
  16. Apparently at last night's school board meeting, BCISD AD Claude Tarver had his contract renewed. This is posted on the BC website.
  17. Coach Tarver is just a quiet person. I volunteered up at the AD office for a couple of years. You just got to get to know someone. School board will have to decide soon on what they are going to do.
  18. We lost alot of seniors, but we have a big junior class that has been playing since they were sophomores. Dishon was cleared to played baseball, so hopefully he will be back as quarterback.
  19. Bridge City has a brand new field house, but now gotta work on getting the football stadium up to snuff
