I say the Oilers will win.. Not knocking anyone but WH has a good team.

It was 2 to 2, not sure how they score in Scrimmages.. Oilers looked better. Ridge got a TD and Griffin Meredith caught a pass in for a td

HD Bobcat i don't think anyone was trying to make the Bobcats seem insignificant .. but the point is every year all we hear from you is about your Bobcats .. Well guess what every person on this page loves football and loves their team .. Every team has their own tradition from Evadale's Midnight Practices to the "L" Train Horn Blowing for a touchdown. Although I am moved at the pride you show and the heart felt story That HD 9 posted we all have that same feeling of pride and joy when our teams take the field..I know that for me Graduating from West Hardin and having my sons wear their jersey's is an amazing feeling. Good luck to all the teams this year .. Play with dignity and good sportsmanship.. You are the Boys of Fall .. Mopat Make Mama Proud !!!!

I see only one problem wih the idea of Nederland fans being quiet while the team is on offense .. Guess What ? The other teams fans are being loud on their defense . Not real sure noise is going to make that big of a difference. The team will adjust :)

Last year due to a broken/sprained ankle the night before district meet i got cheated out of my trip to Austin .. But I do love Austin in the spring time !!!!! See you there John !

This game was a sad loss for the Oilers but on a different note, better note .. Both teams prayed together after the game.  Opened all our eyes and hearts to a different meaning. West Hardin showed class and pride on that field. Congrats on a great season to all the kids in all the schools.

John, I have had the pleasure of seeing your wonderful face for many many years. You have always supported Wyatt and Morgan just like they were yours. And for that I am grateful.
