Looks like everyone is thinking this is a 2 horse race.  Both sqads are very good.  Should be fun to watch as the rest of the season unfolds.  Lumberton has a huge test next week against PNG W and VIdor W against PNG G this weekend. Birddog

As long as there are no major upsets, the bracket is correct. 

My understanding is like the Seniors were last year.

You can just about predict the entire bracket.  The 4 teams going from D1 are PNG W, Lum W, Bmt G, Vid W.  The 3 for sure in D2 are WOS, PNG P, and Ned G.  BMT B and Vid B are fighting out for the 4th seed (should be a great matchup this weekend in BMT).  Based on how I interpret tiebreakers etc... Unless Bmt G beats Lum W in week 9 the order I listed the teams in should be the playoff teams in that order. I have been wrong before, but tell me where I am off if it is not correct. Birddog

We almost forgot you were a homer there Scalp.  Thanks for reminding us to look at the world through purple tinted glasses.  I can see your argument for PNG W (I disagree, however you do have a valid argument) but adding a 6th team and making it PNG P is hilarious. I am guessing your favorite movie is Purple Rain and your favorite McDonalds character is Grimmace. I see the world through burnt orange glasses, so who am I to judge? Birddog

Although Lum W has been on a roll lately, I think you still need to give the nod to the 2 undefeated teams.  Also, I heard Ned-G only played out 1/2 against PtA.  They would have possible lost by a larger margin had they played the game to it's conclusion.  Here is how I would rank them... 1.  WOS - Phenomenal Defense 2.  PNG W - Their QB is the best single player I have seen this year 3.  Lum W - Early stumbles have turned into dominance lately 4.  BMT G - Can score on anyone, tons of big play potential 5.  Ned G - Solid on both sides of the ball Birddog

I know Lum White blanked OF 40 something to nil.  Lumberton Red got beat somewhere in the range of 35-0 by Bmt Gold.  I heard PNG-G beat PNG-W but that would greatly suprise me.  Birddog

Way to step out there on the predictions Scalp'em.  All midcounty teams and the perinial contenders?  You did throw in the wildcard of Pt.A., but all 5 midcounty teams, really?  Considering only one team from mid-county made the final four in pee-wee and one in junior last year, how are al 5 going to make it to the playoffs? 

Any ideas on resources for youth football camps in Texas?  I was thinking it might be fun to go to a few with my son this summer. Birddog

Nice try Bam.  The simple fact is your staff showed a lack of class in the same tone as your posts on this board.  You can't address the fact either you or your coaches made rude comments to our team on the field (and according to a WOS poster this was not an isolated incident).  All you have is a general denial and then a weak attempt at smack talk.  You can be proud of your kids without degrading others.  We were not the only team to have problems with your staff.  If it was not you I have no beef with you, but someone on your staff was certainly out of line.  I just wish you guys would have shown more sportsmanship to our kids. As I said previously, enjoy your offseason. Birddog

I specifically heard it on the field and after the game.  You might not have said it but someone on your staff certainly did.  Last time I checked there were 2 Lumberton teams in the Superbowl.  Enjoy your offseason.

The Ned White coaches were by far the worst we encountered all year.  They were rude to our kids and quite unsportsmanlike.  I am with you Mustang, they showed their "class" all year. Birddog

Best teams won Saturday.  Vidor Black had a heck of a ball club and is probably the 2nd best team in PeeWee.  I guess they can play a little ball in Hardin County and the boys in Lumberton are not as soft as the Ned White coaching staff said.  Birddog

I will take a stab a it... Round 1   Lum White over WOS   Vidor Black Over PNG Grey   PNG Purple over Lum Red (Best match up)   Ned White over Vid White Round 2   L W over V B (Best game of Round 2)   PNG P over N W Champ   LW over PNG P

The reason for the comment (If you don't mind me answering Bam) is that Vidor White (4-4)had to Beat WOS by 14 to make the playoffs and knock the 5-3 Lum Blue out of the 8th playoff seed.
