I believe that head to head does matter. Back in 07 we were tied with LCM for the 3rd play off spot and didn't get a play in game because they had beat us twice in district. In 08 we had a play in game with Vidor for the 3rd spot because we split the series in district. They may have changed to rules but that is how it use to be.
