2. Let me correct My typos! Edgar the Great, Gio the demo Man, Zach eats no fat and eats no lean and this I know is he sweeps the back field clean, Clayton the crusher and the Vidor backfield subs have all done one impressive job.  But lets not forget that Christian when he is back there he turns no cheek either.
3. At second glance  take a look!!  If Vidor Wins against both Ned and HF  and  Ned Loses to both Vidor and Central, Who I think gets Big and Fast number 10 back, then it would come down to the number of goals between the two tied teams to who wins district.
4. Way to go Dogs but beware Vidor is coming full steam ahead.  [glow=red,2,300]Battle cannons booming!![/glow]
5. Bear Bear i think you need to double check your stats there

7. What a great game. It felt like what a seasonal game in Northern England might be like.  Maybe like watching Liverpool getting pummeled by Manchester {either team). The brisk breeze from the coast picking up the heavy fog dropping it on the players in the field.  We the fans could just barely see what was going on on the other side of the field. Both teams battled very hard.  Vidor had not played on a wide field for some-time and Nederland just seemed to be more comfortable passing on it. They had better touch.  Vidor had better overall foot-battles.  When Vidor had the chance to fight for the ball they won the majority of the time.  It was a game where you hated for there to be a looser and dang-it, it ended up being Vidor.  One Nederland player got hurt, maybe his left knee.  He seemed to be the best strength in the backfield.  I hope he is OK.  Every Team deserves to always have there best players on the field.  Unless they fail in school of course. No Excuse for laziness in the classroom
8. Vidor has it tuff a bit with gollies getting rammed by Ofence and injuries follow.  The new to the game Scotty Feather... would have been great but is still very very good!
9. For Vidor I thnk: Z Barton 4 J Cameron 5 Ty Renolds 3
10. I think Scott is doing great! I hope he loves the game enough to keep playing for years after high school.  I have been to every Vidor Game this year and have seen only one goal that he might have stopped had he had playing time growing up in the box.  Zach might have stopped that one goal and maybe he would not have.  As a rookie Goalkeeper Scott is already 90% as good as Zach is as a Keeper, but Scott is not 90% as good as Zack on the field.  Which is where, I think, on this team, he is needed.  A Soccer team that never scores, is a Soccer team that never wins.  Vidor has won the possession contest in every game this year other than maybe the one last night against the bulldogs and that was very close.  My guess is Nederland 52% Vidor 48% and this game ended in a very close 1 - 0 win for Nederland.  Congrats to them! We'll Get Ya next time!  This brings me to my strong opinion that Vidor may very well beat every district team they lost to in the first half of the season.  It could happen.  It could. [glow=red,2,300]Go Vidor Boys Go![/glow]  Keep your heads up.  All champions spent time not being champions before the were champions!  Loss is a part of the process and it make victory all the more sweeter.  Go Vidor Boys Go! I may be just a Lemonhead, but I know what is sweet and what is sour.
11. I think you people have not been paying attention..... I have been to several games in districts 37 and 38 and it is probably clear to anyone who has taking the time to notice that the third and forth place teams in district 37 would likely easily handle the 3rd and 4th place teams in district 38 and no-one should place a bet against Lumberton or Vidor were they to play Nederland or PNG.  I would argue that this year 37 just a-bit better than 38. :o
