As a player i dont really like what the hecklers do at the baseball games...not that i dont like the fans..but my point being..when is the last time you cheered for the team..instead of cutting down the other team..all you do is give the other team fuel to fight against us...there for hurting us more than you help us by putting the pressure on us..And if you dont believe it look at the home and away record in district...4-3 at home and 6-1 on the road..you take it how you want..i love the fan support but not cutting down individuals or the other team the way you do..

lets try this theory ltown...maybe these people seemed so much better because you were young and you can remember how big HIGH SCHOOLERS looked...Or 2...since lumberton hasnt had anyone since clay bucholtz(? spelling) you should probably be saying lumberton baseball has been down the last few years..

well i think we can pretty much eliminate silsbee..

Robb Kirkland HJ- has done a great job with the HJ team this year...and has put the hawks in a position to win, when winning seemed impossible( Jasper, Orangfield, Silsbee) many things he did people thought he was crazy when he did them and then thought he was a genious when it worked great job coach Kirkland..

How ironic HJ cheering for HF...one rival pulling for another..

i dont think the game will be quite as good as predicted...i take BC by 4

stringer did have one more than treece but also pitched a full inning more than treece so strikeouts is not the area to make a judgement..because chances are treece would have ended up with more..the bottom line is Dishon is the winning team..all the way from the point he came down with treeces ball that is a gapper against any body else...and then steps up and delivered when everyone expected him too...Final HJ 2 - Dishon 4

Once again HJ plays the biggest game of the year..if HJ doesnt walk and holds the errors to a minimum, then HJ will walk out with a win putting the pressure on BC friday..

Wg88...i know WB is good...but didnt jasper beat WB in pre-season...i wouldnt put your self that far above your 4A teams there is talented smaller schools in the area..As the 3a bulldogs have allready showed..Dropping a class isnt like dropping an age class in little league or moving to a smaller field..there are plenty of great teams in 3A and 4A that i would be willing to bet would take WB..

HJ still feels like ever game they play is the biggest game of the year...they will not let someone sneak up on them...they know that this game is as important if not more important than the BC game... i'll say HJ by 4 or 5

EC vs. HJ...HJ was down by 19 in the second half and slowly pushed back the whole 2nd half..... the go ahead TD was scored with two minutes left on the clock...EC started there drive.... on the 3rd down play HJ's FS makes a one handed interception to seal the game..HJ only needs to run a couple of plays and the game is over...the first to plays for HJ were 20 plus yards and on the third play HJ's QB funbles and turns the ball over...EC throws the ball to the 1yd line and scores the winning TD with 17 secs on the clock!! Heart Breaker for HJ Emotional rollercoaster for both teams...it was a great game..

Since there is a big possibilty for a tie in this district rather it be for third place or first...What is the exact rule for equal records at the end of district play...Is there a playoff game or do they go by points scored..??

HJ tends to slack up when they can afford it....but they play like there is no tommorow when there back is up against the wall which it is at the time...i dont see them lettin orangefield slip up on them..

If HJ can avoid walks and avoid giving up a big first inning then they can make things interesting....walks have killed HJ...six walks vs BC all six scored and HJ lost by six...same story vz everyone except maybe silsbee..

WOS was the winningest program in the state of texas in all classifications...they average under two losses a year since sometime in the 70's when the school was founded...and have just recently handed over the reins to SouthLake-Carrol..national powerhouse..after their state title run this year..

Orangefield making the playoffs in basketball would be like Hardin Jefferson making it in football. hj has missed the playoffs 3 yrs since 97,(02,03,06) in football and once in baseball(05) in like 15 years and no telling how many consecutive years they have made it in basketball... whens the last time orangefield has made it in anything..?

i guess everyone has allready forgot about trey burrell...by the way the season ended..i see him being the closest to filling donahoes shoes...notice i said closest...

well from personal experience when we(hj) played LCM out of no telling how many attempts rowell never threw anyone out...and how many people have made it to that second base on massey..i dont think any..and if they have its few..

just had to give props to roebuck for a 400 plus bomb tonight...he gets his first of the season..

well stringer looked very good tuesday...had 14 ks vs hj who has very decent discipline hitters..so does stringer earn his 1-2 punch status back..?
