Wow...I really do miss HS football now that it's over. Anyway, I haven't been keeping up very well this season, not even with my Tigers. What's the district look like this year? I imagine it'd do very well to be half as exciting as last years 21-3A? Agree..Disagree?

True. Next game would be at Kyle Field, but we need to go beat West Columbia first.

Hats off to the Splendora Wildcats. They played hard and apparently there is something to that misdirection stuff. Also, #22 is a GREAT back, didn't expect that speed or talent to be honest. What a nail biter in this one, huh? I'm just glad Silsbee won.

Looks like 21-3A teams are predicted by most reasonable people to win their first round playoff matchups. Which 22-3A team has the best shot at an upset? Liberty vs. WOS Splendora vs. Silsbee Coldspring vs. Kirbyville

OK, wrong topic, I know. Give me a break. Is the first round of the 21/22 3A D1 playoffs Silsbee vs. Splendora for sure, or is there some other possibility? If so, what sounds like a reasonable neutral site for that matchup?

You're insane. Do you think that Jasper's defense is that much better than Kirbyville's?? Jasper will come out and play hard....,but only for a little while. The Jasper team has nothing left to play for, and after the Tigers get even a slightly commanding lead...they will quit. Their hearts will probably be in it at the beginning, due to the rivalry and all, but it won't take long for the Tigers to put them away. Silsbee, by many or by several, but NOT CLOSE by any means.

Who won the Sheperd vs. Splendora game??

Of course, and I'd never act any differently. Last night both teams shook hands on the 50 and said "good game". We even saw some Wildcat players in the parking lot and shook hands again. We congratulated them on a good game and they did likewise. We laughed when they joked with us about going further than 1 round in the playoffs. HOWEVER, when someone, Kvilleballa, has that much to say before the game, week after week, becoming the enemy of almost every forum user, one good verbal punch to the throat is ALWAYS in order. GOOD GAME KIRBYVILLE! GOOD LUCK IN THE PLAYOFFS!

Congratulations on a hard fought season to the Bridge City Cardinals. Their players and fans conduct themselves with class at all times and must be admired for that. I would LOVE to see the Cardinals win this game, but would be hard pressed to predict it. Go get 'em Cards. WOS wins 40-13.

It's 2:08 AM and still no word from 'balla.Wonder what happened to him?? I cant wait to here his excuses. I must say that I take immense pride in the humiliation that he must be feeling about now. Not because of the Wildcat's performance, they played hard and never quit, but because he assured everyone that Kirbyville would win and they didn't. With that said, I have to try and grab the attention of the tall man wearing a blue suit at the game. He stood right outside the Silsbee dressing room and yelled at the Silsbee players as they came out right before kickoff. I wont even go in to how immature that was, but I would like to note a dramatic attitude change in him at the end of the game. He was standing in the same spot, but looked a little SAD. I kinda hope he was Kvilleballa, but if not, I hope he sees this anyway. Maybe balla could show it to him.

No doubt. I totally respect Kirbyville and their abilities. I just don't think it's gonna be enough tomorrow night.
