  1. so "radio" is your QB right?
  2. Some folks drive expensive cars and others are just blowhards---in both cases these folks are usually just compensating for their "shortcomings"
  3. Anyone in the mood for some wildcat stew? Wildcat Stew??? Doesnt even sound good. We'll send yall to the glue factory saturday afternoon when we are done with you. It actually tastes pretty good following a bowl of tivy flavored deer stew----probably not as good as the possum you are used to though. I dont know that yall made stew out of Tivy... Yall won by a fieldgoal.... You better bring a little more to the table against SS.... stew seasoned with a field goal---brought to a boil by a last second victory---------tasted pretty good

  5. Thank You, You kind of validate my point here a little. Those Games were over two months ago. The BIG games for SS were coming back from the losses to LHS and THigh. Beating Denison, Heath, and Everman who were all undefeated and ranked. Those are BIG Games. Get a few of those under your belt next year after this weekends beating and then we'll talk again next year. You'll be doing backflips after you see what SS does to your Herd of Miniature Horses... Anyone in the mood for some wildcat stew?
  6. It is my understanding that the Broncos will be leaving Friday around 9:30 AM after a morning pep rally and will traverse through town for a districtwide send-off
  7. what a game....the most exciting I have ever seen
  8. T.F.N.D. = Tivy Fans Now Depressed
  9. T.F.N.D. = Tivy Football Nearly Dead
  10. Tivy will be passing out the basketball shoes at halftime
  11. way more than 38 points scored in this one--Dayton by at least 14
  12. It will be a high scoring game with Dayton winning it 46-34 and making their first trip to the state finals against Everman
  13. LT by 30 is being kind--I see 45 or more
  14. "burden he bears"???? more like "attitude he exhibits"
  15. yeah ive seen them play and also know the LB from trinity pretty good(he used to try and get isadore to come to kansas with him when he was committed there)but i dont think any team in texas can beat these guys judson almost beat trinity last year and i dont think trinty matches up well against LT either...........they do have two players on their team going to UT and their both on the same side of the ball First off, LT runs that spread which IMO, is touch football with pads. I'll take an I-formation, Oline that average 280 across the board, downhill running team any day of the week against a team like LT.... WOW---it is also pretty dang effective if you have the horses to run it and LT does---they win in a walk
  16. Nothing is as sweet as laying the wood to someone who is supposed to beat you---Jags will do just that this week!
  17. I agree with you but it's easier said than done. If you lack discipline on the court or field, where will you find the discipline to compete against yourself in a classroom. Sometimes the true competition isn't directly facing you. Grades are just the tip of the iceberg. If he doesn't get his attitude right then the worst thing that could happen is for him to wind up in the NBA with millions of dollars to make mischief with.----However IF the attitude and discipline were to be corrected then the kid would shine----just don't see it happening
  18. I can't speak for any of the other groups, but the classes of 2011 and 2012 have already proven their mettle. Witness the district championship wins by both the freshman A and B football teams this year. This is the same group of boys who came within 3 wins of competing in the Little League World Series a few years ago, as 12 year olds, so we should be looking good as far as baseball, too. It's a strong group. The Reservation will not lack for talent over the next few years, and in my opinion it's arguable that they lacked talent this year. Don't forget, this group of seniors won the district football championship as freshmen, too. Time will tell. that is the funniest thing that I have ever heard. Go freshman and little league give me a break. Their are 1000 different divisions everyone is 1 game away from being a champ. lmao come on texans you know I batted .780 and had an obp of .961 when I was nine!
  19. Amen Brother!
  20. never coached but I have served on many committees
  21. No. I am a Dayton guy----
  22. He is obiously revered in Lumberton and from what I hear is genuinely a good man. I am sure L-town does not want my advice but here it is anyway: A man like this does not come along everyday--in fact it is quite rare-- so open the checkbook and not only match other offers but exceed them!
  23. yes
  24. If history is any guide he would be 153 years old.
  25. It would certainly be ironic if the next time Lumberton made it to the 3rd round they might face the coach that got them there last year.
