Royals QB is really fast too, but is careless with the ball.  Williams has some of the best acceleration i've ever seen.  His o-line is not good at all, but he makes do with what he has.  The kid has great vision and is explosive when he finds a hole or gets to the outside.  He got hit tonight and fumbled at the Giddings 25...  Giddings scooped it up and had 2 blockers and 1 Royal player chasing him down the side.  Right as they were about to block that guy, (who wasn't slow) here comes a white flash on the other side to make the tackle.  Giddings only returned it to the Brookshire 35, before Williams got up from the hit and chased the ball carrier down to make the tackle.  The blockers never saw him coming.  It literally looked like everybody else was in slow motion.  It was crazy...  I was very impressed!
