Looks like Mr. Richards' 38 carries for 276 yards against Summer Creek, got him in to "other nominees" for player of the week in the chronicle.

[/quote] No idea....  I was at the Waller vs Brenham game that night.  I'm sure they kept the Montgomery offense off the field. (always a good idea when playing the Bears)  I would think they did that with Desmond Richards.  Their passing game has also improved a lot throughout the season.
