  1. The Chronicle has their teams that they are in love with and cover constantly. That is no secret and what NS did was incredible (the winning streak). And if you dont think weather played a factor, you are crazy! Yes PAM won, great job and I am glad the streak came to an end for NS!
  2. Any new words on the game? Heard Liberty QB got busted up pretty good last game? I see Pate every Friday, you sure he is still at school?
  3. Cleveland will win, but I think Sheherd will put up a fight. I think Jones has rubbed a lot of people wrong. He does have a mouth on him! I heard all of his offense is trick stuff?? ???
  4. I am hoping to be early for this one!I think you might be right Big Cal about the passing game! I am hoping to see Huffman conquer 2,000 yards passing this year! Can we tailgate at the new stadium? Not in the ADULT way! I think it might be a shoot out!
  5. This year they did not have a chance. Fortune left, then the new guy left, and then the Supt was AD, and now Carpenter. I heard Fortune went to Livingston as a position coach and is making more than he made at Tarkington? ???
  6. Splendora will win, but I am going to take Tarkington. Is there really a bell??
  7. Which Huffman team will show up BigCal? I heard that it is going to be PACKED! Class of 1999 has already reseved a section! Might need to get there early to get a seat. Lets see how many that stadium really does hold! Huffman has only beaten Liberty 1 time in school history, last year.
  8. Panther, I NEVER said Huffman would of won. I just said it would have been closer. You are right, they should learn to run and catch the ball in the rain if that is what you are supposed to do offensively. I apologize to you Panther. Good Luck this Friday! The fact remains that both games were played on bad fields in wet conditions and I THINK that had something to do with it.
  9. Cleveland is better coached than Coldspring in my opinion. Neither teams score, I think is indicative of how good Huffman really is. Both games against Huffman were played on terrible, wet fields. Not taking away anything from either school, they won and beat Huffman. I am not saying Huffman would of won, but I think it would of been closer!
  10. I sure hope so! What an awesome place to play! They need some running game to go with that passing attack though! I heard they have a really good 8th grader, that might be able to light a spark in the running game.
