1. Okay .... The fact is that the Hill scared the "?*#@" of the Patriots players and fans in the bottom of the 7th inning.  The umpires came through for GCM too, but the fact remains that we got beat and I for one am going to hope that the team that beat us, goes pretty far in the playoffs .....  GOOD LUCK Goose Creek Memorial .... I, for one, am pulling for y'all !!

 3.
Glad to hear GCM won...always nice to see BH go home a loser  ;D
LOL ... sounds like someone has been beat by the Hill one too many times ... LOVE IT!!
 4. Look on the bright side .... at least there are plenty of 24 hour stores on Garth for GCM to get their "crying" materials after the loss on Monday.
 5. The Hill is EXTREMELY happy that Czerwonka will be on the mound Monday .... look at the last game ... odds are they won't fall in your gloves this time and as awesome as your LF is .... he won't be robbin us this time around!! Plus, more importantly .... we didnt pitch either of our two aces .........we just HOPED we'd get to play the tie-breaker against Czerwonka ... Go BH
 6. LOL ... Czerwonka .... Here we come .... Your Outfield saved you last time ... Our boys were hoping we'd see you again!

The QB spot is up for grabs, I hear there there is a senior to be and two juniors  to be that are strong contendors. I am sure the younger kid will get a fare shot but the new style offense does not fit him as well as the others.
Contenders are Corbin Abshire, Cody Thompson, Tyler Nukem(spelling probably not right), Andrew McMillan, and Preston Townly.
I see the Townly kid out there every afternoon with his dad.  He looks pretty solid as far as passing is concerned.  He might be the go to guy on Varsity this year.  I don't think you can count him out just because he is a Sophomore.  If he's as good under pressure as I've seen him out there practicing, I don't see why he wouldn't be given the shot.  Newcomb can also pass the ball well, but he also showed us last year that he is as good or better on the running plays, he is a very strong kid and can break through tackles amazingly well.  Thompson is another one who can pass the ball really well, is he a good runner?  Speaking of running, what times do these guys post in the 40yd dash?
 9.
Grayson Long pitched a great game.
Grayson did an awesome job as did Leggett.  Their were several "key" defensive plays made as well.  Kyle did a great job at SS and then dealt them a 1,2,3 punch in the bottom of the 8th.  Lyday and Santana both made some great plays, including the diving catch in the fifth to end the inning with runners in scoring position, a couple of awesome grabs in CF and LF by Jeffcoat & Newcomb and the diving catch by Newcomb to end the 7th inning. I've got to say, they all contributed and it was a much deserved win !! There is no telling what BH's record would have been if we had both Grayson and Leggett in the line-up for the first half of the season.  One thing's for sure.  Kyle stepped up and did an awesome job.
 10.
This is how I see it playing out.  KPark will beat GCM this Friday and sew up the district title.  GP will beat Crosby taking the #2 seed.  Crosby will be the #3 seed and GCM #4.  Crosby plays in a one game playoff with either Vidor or PNG because lately the cougars are too inconsistent to play 2 or 3 games at a high level.  Just my 2 cents.
If KP beats GCM then the #4 spot will be determined with a playoff game on Saturday between BH and GCM.  I am guessing that it would be played at BH due to Runs Scored/Allowed in the two regular season games, since we split.

BH is out period. GCM plays KP, GP, and King for it's final 3 games. 0-3 is a possbility.
BH is not out.  They just need to win next two. All needed then is another loss by GCM.
That would force a 1 game playoff between GCM and Bh IF GCM beats CEK on Monday AND loses to KP on friday. Good call GCM ... what time is game Friday for you guys. I really think BH will beat Crosby on Monday. That being said, GCM has it's work cut out for them.
