Is BC any good in basketball? They should be. They are going to get an early start on Wos, Kirbyville, Silsbee.

Pierce Rhodes is very dangerous. He is subject to break long runs from any where on the field.

Kville-Pierce Rhodes ran pass the ticket booth on Bridge City. The Cardinals didn't stop Rhodes at all last friday. Silsbee don't have to worry about this fella friday. He played with a sore foot against BC. You couldn't hardly tell though. BC defense looked like it didn't have as much resistance as a wet paper bag!!

Kirbyville should be 2nd by friday. Pierce Rhodes won't get to play, but we should be ok.

He sure is. Wos will double the last score. They might beat BC but, Kirbyville has too much speed and will be too much period. You will find out in a couple of weeks. Kirbyville meet solid defenses in the playoffs every year but manage to take it to them.

Kirbyville is so disciplined against the run. Silsbee better have some kind of passing game. They are not going to run the ball on Kirbyville that well especially no dives. Yeah, but they only played one game better than we did. That would be Wos. We are not worried about depth and size. Kirbyville has met caliber teams like this in the playoffs before. Barbers Hill had about 50 on their team last year. Kirbyville 28 Silsbee 20 if Jack Alvarez don't make bad play calls. It could be higher if we play mistake free football to put them Tigers away.

Our defense is the key in this ball game. Defensive ends have to stay at home in order to slow down that option out of the veer. Can't get alot of penalties like we had in the BC game. And please Alvarez don't make bad play calls like last year loss 21-13. If we play solid defense and utilize Marlin Crawford as a decoy the open up the runnning game against these corn fed boys, my prediction 28-20 Kirbyville baby!!!!!

Hey, hey them Wildcats did that!!! Only thing I didn't like was the bad play calling!! Other wise it would have been a romp. Johnny Dishon is the best white high school qb I ever seen. Them Cards played us pretty tough. To be honest I figured it was going to be like this.
