My mistake One lil question though patitan.. Say PNG keeps the game within 10-14 points next friday, will u please give the players the credit they deserve.. Because you and i both know that will be an accoplishment in its self.. Also is LM young this year? im curious to know how many returning starts they have from last year.. Because if they are young it may make the game a lil more interesting.. I assume have a ton of returnings being that they are ranked #1 in state but lol PNG was ranked high in 2000 after our state appearance and we didne even make the playoffs that year..

He only got the ball like 5 times. i guess coaches saw that was working so it was time to try other things.. it is nice to win scimmages but it doesnt mean alot win u lose.. i mean heck look at the Cults.. they are 1-9 in the past 10 preseason games..

ya Tatum looked good from my point of view the guy who most impressed me from Jasper i think was wearing #71.. man he was fast.. he would have went for a TD at one point if we didnt have the slight angle on him and pushed him out of bonds..who was this guy?

lol ive played my fair shair of football and yes i do know what chop blocking is and yes i know its "illegal".. but i saw maybe our guys do it twice.. and the guys from jasper did it just as much... and who cares if we did not win a scrimmage.. jasper beat nederland last yr in scrimmage play and then u saw how jaspers season turned out.. not trying to stir up mud.. La Marque respects PNG and Nederland no matter what u guys say.. we may not win this game but i know those boys from La Marque will have respect for our players at the end of the game.. after all they wouldnt get to play in Relient if it where not for our fan support ;D.

one huge plus for PNG was the QB looked really good I was about 30 min late but what i saw with him was impressive

The history channel has a series called "The States" and they where of course talking about Texas high school football. And I'm pretty sure they played slit second clip of a nederland running and being tackled. Same colors and that old English "N" nederland puts on the helmet.

If MB has anything to do with this, then ill be rather mad. Just last week i was talking to 2007 Sr. who had the honor of playing under Fischer. He told me he thought Fischer was the best all around coach at PNG. Now hes gone. Ironically that same player also told me Lefort was easyly also one of the best coaches as well. Hes gone too. Things are really looking up at PNG!

PNG 35 LCM 7 LCM may get more than 7 but i think PNG will win this one... The injuns are on a roll and believe it or not, PNG is getting better every week... Tatum showed he can hang with the big boys last night (and Ozen really does have some big boys)... This team is talented with 2 decent QB's, 3 great runners, a few talented recievers, and to top that off a D that will knock you out, i hear Cherokee after Week 10!! I hope PNG does not over look this game, cause Ned now knows first hand what can happen if a team is over looked... PNG 4-1 when Nederland comes to Town... SCALP EM!!!!!

Personally, I want Dayton to BLOW Lumberton out of the water cause these Lumberton fans are getting a little to cocky for my taste... I'm not very old, but I cannot recall any of the proven teams in this area scheduling weak teams, beating them, and then running around the area proclaiming everyone is going down... I have must respect for the Lumberton program and i feel they will be a force to reckon with in the near future (considering the new coach doesn't receive a better offer from a different school).. but please guys prove yourself in district then, i will not mind listening to your claims of "Raiders the almighty" ... Good Luck to all teams in the first week of district and ummmm SCALP EM INDIANS!!
