  1. I wanted to say congratulations to the Nederland baseball team. This was some great baseball from both teams. Both teams were worthy candidates for making the trip to Austin. Unfortunately only one team goes. You would think that a tough and emotional series like this would better prep the team representing our region at the state tournament. Being from Brenham, I tip my hat to Nederland. You represented your town and high school with great class and character. I'm proud to have the opportunity to watch both teams represent their High Schools. Best of luck to Nederland in 2010! Maybe next year we'll be here again duking it out again. Now Brenham lets take it to them at the state tournament. Congratulations on a great year! FYI- I thought you're broadcast was great! You did a great job. I also thought you represented Nederland the way you should. Your respect to Brenham at the end of the broadcast showed your great sportsman ship. Give credit where credit is due!
  2. Thanks cub fan! I knew the outcome, just wanted to remind them who won! Now the Cubs can go for the sweep! Good Luck! ;D
  3. Does anyone have the outcome on the first games of the series?
  4. Don't look past Brenham’s pitching! Their good, you very well could see 8+ strikeouts per starter. If this series goes 3 games, Brenham wins!
  5. Andrews and I'm not taking away anything from them! They were a very good team. I was glad to be there!
  6. This is not a prediction! Sit back and watch the results. Same team, same story, with same results as 1999. Brenham in 2! I can remember the same predictions coming from Nederland’s fans and players. You had Jesse Floyd and Brad Sullivan then and couldn't get it done. This better team is better than the 99 class that came through Brenham. Can you say run rule!
