What has happened to Lady Raider Basketball? Didn't they used to be a local dominant force?

From the way everybody is talking it's coaching.  I seen them play they have alot of talent.

Lumberton had a few good years in the mid 2000s. Had a good coach and 1 or 2 D1 players, one of which was the coaches daughter. After she graduated he left,  I think after that Lumberton got a subpar coach and the  fired him after a couple years. After him they got Gholston who was an assistant coach. By the time he got there the team had completely regressed but they let him go after two years. Then last year they moved coach Goad from softball to basketball and shes done an alright job. Shes not a bad coach, she just needs a lot more experience. She got the team to the playoffs for the first time since 06 last year and I have faith in them going again this year.

Maybe it's the same thing that happened to Indian football.  Didn't they used to be a local dominant force?
