They could not have kept Tyson in jail even if they wanted to. He has the right to make bond and they allowed him to leave on a personal appearance bond. I don't think it really matters anyway. A bond is just to guarantee that you show up for your trial and I am sure that Tyson will show up. Even had the judge issued a cash bond for possession of cocaine, Tyson would have gotten someone to make it easily and would have gotten out at the same time.

it's funny how celebs can always get out of jail. If a normal person from southeast texas had those carges, he would be in for a while.
