Spring baseball

Hi, my son is 5 years old and wants to play baseball. He was born with a blood disorder that affected his spleen and his doctor has recently released him to play contact sports. While I am still trying to teach him the basics of the sport I was wondering where he could play come springtime. We live in Vidor. When googling Vidor Youth Baseball I found a Pony baseball league but there is no contact info. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
