I was definitely surprised that Dayton had more wins than Brenham in the last 5 years. That texasfootballratings info is some pretty cool stuff.
Which just goes to show you that Brenham is over rated... And the others get WAY more exposure than Dayton ever has...
You can't base them having a higher winning percentage... Dayton has played 70 games to Brenhams 63.. which obviously puts Dayton in higher loss category than Brenham. So assume Brenham played 70 games like Dayton and assume Brenham  lost those extra 7 games. That would put them at 20 loses to Dayton 17 loses.Or assume Brenham won the extra 7 games Brenham would only have 4 more wins than Dayton  Or assume Brenham lost 4 and won 3, then they would be even. Or assume Brenham won 4 and lost 3, then they would only have 1 win over Dayton.  bottom line unless you have the same games played numbers, you can't do a percentage... I don't think. Wheres Mr. Toups.. He the math Genius.

Well for the last 2 years, we have only lost 1 game a year.  At that rate it would take 3 years to get the same amount of losses Dayton has. (assuming y'all went 16-0 every year for the next 3 years....  We all know that wouldn't happen either though) You call us overrated, but if you look at the #'s were every bit what Dayton is....

But yet we are every bit what Brenham is.. And the Numbers that are being talked about are for the last 5 years.. not 3 years into the future. Eazy was trying to put a percentage on the 2 teams.. which you can't do when the games played are different.

Touché.  I'm not the one who does the rankings.  To be fair to the pollsters though....
They don't rank Dayton to start the season and Dayton loses early. (at least the last year or 2)

Of course you can put a percentage on 2 teams when the games played are different.  Brenham is 79.4% and Dayton is 75.7%.  Dayton overall has gone deeper in the playoffs over the last 5 years, hence the 7 extra games.  The last 2 years of early playoff exits for Brenham has given them the overrated title.

IMO, it's hard to call a team that loses 1 game every year overrated.  Now choke artist, that fits better.  We beat everybody and then choke in the playoffs...  :-[
