east texas bb Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 The only way I know is to build it from the young kids and JH kids, make it more important to them than anything else. I dont know how much support for basketball there is in the community, most parents will support what ever their child is successful at and enjoys, if you can get enough parents behind a movement you could see changes in a few years.
