Conroe Shows No Love To Southeast tx teams today

K-ville started off the day and looked to be in control. They had a 21-7 lead and ended up losing in OT 35-28.

Silsbee was up 41-31 with 3:59 to go in the game and just got beat 44-41

I hope Newton can change that tomorrow when they meet Marlin.

We are dressed and leaving for Conroe and chill bumps already! Today is our day not only against Marlin, but Conroe Stadium. Close game, but Newton takes Marlin by 3. GO EAGLES!

Best of luck Newton! Hope ya'll win this one. Your next round will be a great opponent and I might even go see that battle. You will meet up with Tatum whose head coach is former East Chambers HC, Andy Evans. He had a great winning record at EC and took Tatum to 3A state finals last year and won.
