Curtis Barbay Memorial Dedication

This weekend is Homecoming for the Newton Eagles and on Sunday at 1:30pm there will be a dedication of the Curtis Barbay Memorial at the football field. The memorial will be located adjacent to the State Champion Markers at the main entrance to the field. Many of Coach Barbays family will be there and I hope a very large crowd of extended family in players that played for him in his many years at Newton. Everyone is invited to come and join honoring one of East Texas greatest coaching legends.
