I agree.  The D2 state champ will come from region 3.  It could be anybody, but the favorites have to be Brenham, Manvel, La Marque & Terry.  As for D1, the state champ will come from region 4.  I'd say Angleton, Dawson, Montgomery & Nederland are the favorites to win region 3 in D1.
