I'm interested in this Muzzle loader gun.  Anyone have any knowledge of this weapon.  Does it meet the standards of TPWD for a blackpowder gun?

If you are talking about muzzleloader only, I think it does.

I think it does because it loads only through the muzzle. The season is not cap and ball or blackpowder but muzzle loader season.

From TPWD:
